“Large store with lots of space between racks, so room to browse calmly. The clearance rack for women was great, however I was shocked that I could not find a clearance rack for men's wear on either floor. It is a two storey shop with a lift and stairs.”

“Kit at the macy’s in corte madera helped me out tremendously. This is not my typical go to macys as I live in Sonoma county and it is quite a bit of a drive. I came out to Corte Madera to have a girls day out, there was a huge sale at this macys location, i bought some bedding (a comforter set) normally they are $80 but today they were $19.99 that’s what it said on the sign. It was a “deal of the day.” When I got to the register, it rang up as $24.99 instead of $19.99 i went back and took a picture of it and showed Kit and he honored the price. He was very friendly, personable, professional and diplomatic. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my shopping needs even though it is quite a drive for me (45 minutes one way). Thank you so much!”

“Just got GREAT deals-tall Inlet jacket, (dress blue), flurry turtleneck (white)...Illume SPF top (gray heather), got to get summer wardrobe ready...I'm a coffee shopper, cannot resist app shopping while having AN coffee. I am addicted to Athleta!!! They are the best - at 5'11" there are very few options - although I have to order talls online, I can still try most things on in the store & can figure out what I want to order. Athleta carries petites & plus sizes, and has lots of sales (check out the website, or the rack at that back of the store). Athleta just sent me a $50 gift card - I like the perks! I'll try out their online exercise & wellness classes next.”

“Posting this a bit late but needed to give a shout out to Ruby and Deirdra! I started a new job that requires a lot of travel and needed a new travel bag for my computer, notebooks, etc, etc that needs to go everywhere with me. I had an old Lululemon bag that I've been holding onto for years that is FANTASTIC, but had a broken zipper. Had plenty of people say tell Lulu and they'll replace it, but was a no go when it broke. Went Had a couple of items that had issues (broken zipper, tiny holes in weird places) that I had friends and family say tell Lululemon and they'll replace it, but was always a no go, which everyone I told (who shops at Lululemon) were always very surprised about. So on a whim I brought the bag I had with the broken zipper into the Corte Madera store to see if they could just replace the zipper (since they already do alterations) and ended up talking with Ruby. She left to ask someone (since she's a new salesperson, which I didn't know at the time) and she came back with "unfortunately they said we can't". Told her I wasn't surprised and told her about my experiences asking about some of the issues I've had with items over the years (3 or 4 times over the past 15-20 years) and never being able to get any help or replacements for anything. She said hold on, and left to speak with her manager (Deirdra). When she came back she said they couldn't fix or exchange my bag since they no longer had it in stock, but they'd be happy to replace it with a different bag, free of charge. She also said Deirdra said to bring in the other items I had that have issues and that they'd address them. I was kinda floored because I've always gotten a "sorry, we can't help you" response, so I didn't expect anything, but was very touched by them both going out of their way to help me, and they were both so extremely (and genuinely) sweet about everything... They both said they hated to hear I had bad experiences and wanted to fix that! Honestly, just them trying to help was enough, but they both went the extra mile (Ruby being brand new was extra impressive), and I'll be coming back to this location (which is WAY out of my way) because of that! “With Nordstroms closing in San Francisco, this is where I go to get my designer clothes. Ted and his team have a nice mens and womens selection that you can't find in a boutique. I also enjoy their tailoring which is free if you are a Nordy club member. It is more of a regional Nordstroms and not super busy so you get a lot of attention (yes thanks Sandy for introducing me to so many new brands)”
