Being alone in California without any family, their kindness and support meant the world to me. Despite arriving just a few hours before closing time and my truck completely shutting off as I pulled in, Sergio and his team welcomed us with open arms.Not only did they make us feel comfortable by offering cold water and popcorn snacks for the kids, but Sergio wasted no time in diagnosing the problem. He promptly ordered the necessary parts and worked diligently to fix the issue. Within a few hours, we were back on the road without any further troubles. They don’t stock the oil and filter that my vehicle requires, but they told me where to purchase and then serviced my truck with the materials I brought with me. Raul also pointed out a small leak from my differential (my home dealer will need to deal with). I felt confident that they did a good job and were concerned that my vehicle was well maintained. “Ford F-250 Heavy Duty Diesel fixed ASAP!I was climbing the Santa Rosa Mountains for a camping trip when during a climb, my transmission fluid just started dumping on the road. My party and I attempted to inspect the transmission and it appeared that a seal had likely broke, but there was no transmission damage. I looked this shop up with my one bar of service on the mountain. I asked Carlos if he was able to help me out on my truck, he said he could and he would get it back to me ASAP. I get my truck towed off the mountain and to his shop. After an evening, we talked in the morning and he said that it appears my transmission fluid got too hot and started boiling in the lines, and my truck and a blow off valve for such a case. He told me how it works, where it is, and how to help the issue in the future. He only charged me for the new 6qts of transmission fluid. I couldn't be happier with this team! Honest, quick and extremely nice. If you're in the area, or a broke-down traveler, I would recommend anyone to try and get their car into this team.”

“I was having electrical issues with my 2001 Mercedes 320SLK. I didn't want to take it to the dealer, so I tried Frank's Auto Care. He was Albee to correctly diagnose the problem, but candidly told me his expertise was in Audis. He recommended another shop nearby. He worked on the diagnosis for a day but refused to charge me. My experience with Frank's Auto was great. He is honest and forthright in dealing with customers. Over his objections, I gave him a generous contribution as a payment for his time, effort, and honesty. If I owned an Audi, I'd have him take care of it.”

“Oh my gosh Eddie and Joaquin are total rock stars! My car had a terrible problem with the shocks and A-arms. It was wearing out my tires and was starting to affect the breaking mechanism. I had both right and left replaced at half the cost Ford was quoting me and Joaquin saved the old parts so that I could see how terribly eroded the rubber bushings were and how bad the old shocks were. I highly recommend these guys.”

“Last year, I had my brakes replaced on my Altima 2015. Rotors and pads, cost close to $950. I noticed that scratching crunching noise and called Jeff at shop. Brought it in and he replaced everything. Said the problem was water in the brake caliper and stopped it from working properly. Basically calipers in a position that just ground down the rotor. He said he had seen it with all the rain this year. Replaced, no charge. I was so shocked and extremely happy. What a great place to really care about their customers. I won't take my car any other place. Honest, great service. Thank you.”

“My Volkswagen GTI had an issue with the key getting stuck in the ignition. I spoke to multiple shops on how to repair as there seems to be multiple approaches. The other shops had a more labor intensive and costly process Even though I live in OC I felt it was worth the drive to get this repair done because I felt more comfortable with what EAS told me about how they fix this problem. It seemed the most logical to me of all the solutions - even though I'm hardly a car repair expert - but they were very confident the solution would work as it has worked on other cars they'd repaired with the same issue. I'm so happy I went with them and am thankful to Yelp and the reviews for leading me to them. They've been super helpful and easy to work with as well and are of course very knowledgeable about VW's. They have my trust and I'll use them for future repairs & services.”

“What a great service team. First time I've had people who were actually respectful and cared about my service and treated me like a person. I was a little surprised to see FOX news on upstairs oh and they have snacks while you are waiting but there is a hefty charge..kinda weird. All I care about is how they treat me and my car. “When the digital key (an option) failed to start the car, I returned to Hyundai of La Quinta to troubleshoot the problem. Two employees gave a valiant effort, but neither could solve the issue. That's when Greg Dixon walked up and offered assistance. Working in the 100+ degree weather, he teamed with another employee (Abel) and eventually found the solution. He suggested a follow-up with the service department. I greatly appreciate Greg could have stayed in the air-conditioned showroom, but rather opted to help a frustrated customer.”

“Ramiro started his business as MECHANIC ON WHEELS. 21 years ago he came to my home in DHS and fixed an ignition issue. When completed he said NO CHARGE....WOW talk about customer service....he has graduated to having his own brick and mortar shop for many years...he is honest, friendly and tells it to you straight.....I have been taking my car to a dealership for service since I bought the car there but after today...never again, lets just say for a routine oil change they told me I need a brake flush .....because its been 3 years since my last.......stop everything my records indicated it was done in 2017 and 2020 the car is a 2014 the manager said to the service writer yes it was just done last year.....so did the service writer actually have spoken with the mechanic telling him my brake fluid needed flushing or did he just go by his mistake on his computer that it was not done last year, but that he only saw the 2017 record of the flush. I have every bill since I bought the car and a spreadsheet on my PC as well.......will never trust this unnecessary upselling place again.... See you next time RAMIRO Good to have an experienced honest mechanic when you need one. BTW what really upset me was that the service writer said the brake fluid was dirty.....did he see that on his computer? NO he just assumed this by his mistake not seeing that is was just flushed last year and not in 2017. SO IT WAS NOT DIRTY not after being flushed last year in 2020...they make commission so any chance they can upsell they will.”
