“Oh my gosh Eddie and Joaquin are total rock stars! My car had a terrible problem with the shocks and A-arms. It was wearing out my tires and was starting to affect the breaking mechanism. I had both right and left replaced at half the cost Ford was quoting me and Joaquin saved the old parts so that I could see how terribly eroded the rubber bushings were and how bad the old shocks were. I highly recommend these guys.”

“Ramiro started his business as MECHANIC ON WHEELS. 21 years ago he came to my home in DHS and fixed an ignition issue. When completed he said NO CHARGE....WOW talk about customer service....he has graduated to having his own brick and mortar shop for many years...he is honest, friendly and tells it to you straight.....I have been taking my car to a dealership for service since I bought the car there but after today...never again, lets just say for a routine oil change they told me I need a brake flush .....because its been 3 years since my last.......stop everything my records indicated it was done in 2017 and 2020 the car is a 2014 the manager said to the service writer yes it was just done last year.....so did the service writer actually have spoken with the mechanic telling him my brake fluid needed flushing or did he just go by his mistake on his computer that it was not done last year, but that he only saw the 2017 record of the flush. I have every bill since I bought the car and a spreadsheet on my PC as well.......will never trust this unnecessary upselling place again.... See you next time RAMIRO Good to have an experienced honest mechanic when you need one. BTW what really upset me was that the service writer said the brake fluid was dirty.....did he see that on his computer? NO he just assumed this by his mistake not seeing that is was just flushed last year and not in 2017. SO IT WAS NOT DIRTY not after being flushed last year in 2020...they make commission so any chance they can upsell they will.”
