I had both right and left replaced at half the cost Ford was quoting me and Joaquin saved the old parts so that I could see how terribly eroded the rubber bushings were and how bad the old shocks were. I highly recommend these guys.”

“These guys are awesome! Had a flat tire on the way to Anaheim from Phoenix and this was the only place open nearby. They closed in about 20 minutes when I found them, but they were willing to change not just the flat tire, but the other two that were low on tread as well. They stayed open another 20 minutes past closing to accommodate us, which was much appreciated. The tires are used, but most are in good condition and their prices are fair. Definitely give this place a try!”

“Hey man this place is awesome. Mom and pop shop doing it for the average customer. As y'all can tell I'm a budget spender. So finding a great deal within my price range is rare. I purchased 3 used tires that looked brand new. The tires for my Impala are quite pricey for my broke backside so finding $160. The tire was barely used for $28. It is a great experience. There's no ups no extra no hidden disposal, handling, or vacation surcharges. The price quoted is what's paid. Highly recommend this business to people on a budget.”

“If you get tires go with their plan that includes free rotation and balancing for tire warranty. I also got the year alignment deal for 1 year of free alignment.. As with anything new, you need a break in period. Especially with my old Jeep. We are on the road RVing. So we are pretty much covered nationally with that plan. Worth the extra buck.Now for the managers and mechanics on duty. They have you in and out in reasonable time. The Jeep rode better than ever after all their tweaking. But after a day or two the steering wheel went off center. Old Jeeps are fussy. I took it back for realignment for free. The manager went out of his way to check the ESC computer codes set off by steering wheel sensors. After realignment the OB computer relearned the position and calibrated the sensor to the computer. The ESC light didn't go out when we were at the shop. A few miles of driving reset it. Which have to call him back to let them know.Sorry for long review just had to explain why they deserve credit for a 5 star review!”

“Great customer service, I came in on Thursday February 15th during a visit time and they were able to assist me - Tammara took the tire off my vehicle and her team patched my tire as I had a leak. Tammara was knowledgeable and provided me with options. There was no pressure for me to purchase new tires but was given quotes that would benefit me. I made an appointment for February 19th. I was able to come in and purchase four new tires, got an alignment and an oils change. Extremely professional environment and very helpful.”

“I scheduled an appointment with the Firestone (Cathedral City) Manager, Jeff, to have a complete vehicle inspection done on my 2010 Ford Mustang GT Coupe. The wait time was reasonable. After the inspection, Jeff went through the inspection information with me. After I got home, I looked carefully through the inspection sheet again. That generated several questions on my part, so I called Jeff and asked if it would be possible to schedule an appointment with him to go over the questions I had. He said "Sure.". We scheduled the appointment. During that appointment, Jeff answered all of my questions completely and respectfully. He was very thorough and spent a considerable amount of time with me. During that appointment, I felt like Jeff was able to communicate so effectively and throughly that I felt like his feedback was being delivered as a valued friend. The man is amazing. I truly hope Firestone Corporate appreciates what Jeff brings to the table as a store manager. 98% of all managers in this area should take the time to visit the Firestone Store in Cathedral City to observe Jeff in action. They would all leave with a clear understanding of customer service at it's finest. Thank you Jeff! You established a personal and business relationship that will last a lifetime. I called one of their competitors in Cathedral City before considering Firestone. I was quoted $140 for a complete vehicle inspection. Firestone charged me $9.99. That's NOT a typo. Nine dollars and ninety nine cents.”
