They did have some unique styles and almost threw me off, but I am hyper focused to find the right red pump, 2" heel, with a strap in back. Where are you?”

While the shoes felt great, I got the feeling that the salesperson was guiding me toward the priciest shoe, which I later found for about half the price elsewhere. (And my physical therapist suggested that I wear a shoe with more cushion and not so much support.)”

“This location has a beautiful selection of jewelry, and they often have great sales going on, which makes it a nice spot to browse for deals. I always enjoy checking out their tops and dresses too—they have some really stylish pieces. Since there aren’t many Black and White stores around anymore, I make it a point to stop by whenever I’m in the area. However, customer service is something I value highly, and unfortunately, this location doesn’t always meet expectations in that department. There’s a woman who I believe is the manager, and the way she speaks to the employees is often quite harsh and demanding. It creates an uncomfortable atmosphere, and honestly, it makes me hesitant to ask questions or engage too much because I worry it might lead to the staff getting reprimanded. It’s disappointing because the store has potential, but the overall experience could definitely be improved with a more respectful and customer-friendly environment.”
