350 W Hillcrest Dr, Thousand Oaks“Although I’m not a regular customer, they remembered who I was from two years ago when I bought a hat. I came in to repair another hat that wasn’t even bought from them and they were so kind and offered me such good service for such a reasonable amount that I will come back and be a more regular customer! Well done to them!”
“I've visited this new store several times now, and it's clean, spacious and well-organized. The selection of boots is pretty amazing and about what you might expect from a store called: "Boot Barn." They also have a large inventory of both men and women's clothes, including jeans, shirts, jackets, belts, hats and a decent variety of work clothes. Despite the western theme, they also have work, hiking and casual boots, although they don't carry premier brands of hiking boots, like you'll find at REI. But for the casual hiker, they will definitely have what you need. One nice thing about the store is the central seating area, replete with a comfortable sofa and coffee table. It's nice for relatives and loved ones who go shopping with you, who probably don't want to tag along in the aisles. This store is dog friendly, so feel free to bring your best friend along too. However this store isn't perfect and it falls short in some ways. While there are some incredibly helpful, outgoing and courteous associates, such as Stacey and Sarah, many of the other associates appear to be disengaged, less-focused and even a little rude. I caught one middle manager scolding an employee in front of a customer, and another young female associate rolled her eyes behind a staff member's back. A lot of the staff are very young, and they may not have great people skills or maturity yet. Some good customer service training might be in-order for some of the younger employees. Also while temperature is often a subjective thing, this store is uncomfortably warm, during this Summer. Either the air conditioning isn't working properly or management has decided to save a few dollars at the expense of their customers. Walking around a big store while it's warm is no fun. Their selection of products is pretty good, but it's obvious that the store heavily promotes and stocks some brands, such as Wrangler over other brands, such as Levis. This is probably a corporate decision, which is out of their control, but it's nice for customers to easily see and shop for their own preferred brands. I can definitely recommend this Boot Barn location, and with a few simple improvements, it could easily earn 5 stars...”

145 W Hillcrest Dr Suite 120, Thousand Oaks“Vanessa went out of her way to save me a handful because the shoe was wrong price /wrong box. Shoe priced at 170, she scanned it to find the correct price was lower and 60% off clearance for 35$ ??”
“From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Justin and was helped by him the entire time we were in the store. He was super attentive and extremely personable. Great customer service is hard to come by nowadays so I really appreciate Justin being so amazing! He’s a great employee and would be the reason I would come back to this location!”
“I love Nordstrom Rack, I went looking for shoes, so I had to stay focused. I'm not impressed with today's styles and didn't find anything I liked. I'm looking for the perfect red pump, and from the color to the style, it seems like an impossible task. They did have some unique styles and almost threw me off, but I am hyper focused to find the right red pump, 2" heel, with a strap in back. Where are you?”
“I love shopping at this Anthropologie location because the store is always clean, well stocked, gorgeous and the sale section is really big. All of the employees at this location have been excellent to me but I chose to write a review because one team member named Holly really went above and beyond for me today in pulling together an order and I very much appreciate her dedication and kindness. Thank you Holly!”
“Fantastic customer service. Very helpful since I am not used to shopping at a women's store. I was buying a gift for my wife. It was a very painless experience”
“Went into WHBM yesterday looking for a few pieces to add to my fall wardrobe. There was an excellent selection of well made high quality items which made trying on clothes even more enjoyable.! Most importantly was the service. I was sorry to find my long time sales advisor, Golchin, was not in the store. However Lisa & Sharon stepped up and did an excellent job as the sales advisors who helped my friend and I. Lisa & Sharon were both well versed in their inventory and were happy to go look for sizes. Both ladies were professional and yet warm & friendly. They proactively made suggestions while not being overly familiar and not being pushy. I felt like they were genuinely happy we were in the store. WHBM The Oaks is my go to clothing store for work, weekend & vacation. The entire shopping was darn near perfect!”
“The Tuxedo Junction: The spot to go to find a suit for a wedding, work, or just for fun! I love dressing up! I have over 12 suits and wear them a lot more than the average 30-something year old does currently. Out of my 12 suits, the one suit I don’t have is a complete plaid suit. I went inside Tuxedo Junction, one day, and was blown away by the selection of items in the store. When you walk in, you see pairs of elegant shoes to your left and a selection of suits to your right. You walk deeper into the store, and you see a jungle of elegant clothing that’ll make a man dapper and stylish.
Their selection of suits is one of a kind. They’re not what you would find in places, like Macy’s, Men’s Wearhouse, and so on. They have a variety of color and patterned suits that they carry. Again, I love plaid suits, but I am also a fan of different colored suits. You’ll find suits in different colors, such as brown, teal, green, taupe, beige, burgundy, and so on. You’ll find blazers with different patterns, such as paisley, pinstripe, and plaid.
The owner of the store, Mr. Joseph, is a skilled suit tailor and understanding businessman. He has more than 20 years of operating the store and tailoring people into their suits. Frankly, that’s very impressive as I bet that he’s worked with clients from different areas of background. He has a keen observation, where he can help you know what your suit needs, to have a more fitted look. His prices are reasonable and affordable, compared to places like Nordstrom, Macy’s, and Men’s Wearhouse. His alterations are an investment to a more durable tailored fit for your suit. He’s fixed two of my suits and has left me feeling cheerful and dapper.
Overall, this is the place to go. As someone, who has worked for Macy’s, you can’t beat his prices and selection. Joseph will make your suit fitted to perfection. You will feel divine and empowered with your suited armor. I personally feel fine with the plaid suit I got from this fine establishment. When you get the suit, you will feel it baggy and loose, but Joseph will have it altered to completion. Have faith in his skills. My plaid suit, after being altered, is fitted to my slim body to make me feel and look like a Mexican-Italian prince. After getting my next paycheck, I’m coming after a red plaid suit to heighten my charm and power. So, I hope nobody buys it after I just announced what suit I’m going to buy next.
TL:DR: Great place to buy a suit for a wedding, work, or just for fun. Joseph will alter your suit and make you feel and look like a king. His prices are reasonable, service is impeccable, and selection is marvelous. Definitely try this place for your next suit!”
