This one is for Kevin! He was professional, great sense of humor, patient and helped select merchandise. There was a decent selection but shoe sizes in stock seem to go quick. Doesn’t surprise me because there decent pricing! Kevin earned this review for this store he made a fantastic impression and representation of the store. Even seemed busy tending to customers. All forms of payment accepted and make sure you have a Journeys account set up too! See that when we see that again Kevin!! Thanks kid!

My most recent experience with this store has not been good, as the staff has been displaying rude behavior towards the customers. Today, two of the staff workers blatantly mocked and laughed at me for the sound of my voice with no shame in front of other customers. I may have a robotic voice due to having ASD, but no one should have to tolerate such immature behavior.

Nice looking store, customer service stinks!!!! I was in the store on June 26, 2022, the only other people in the store were a male and a female, I'm assuming employees, standing behind the cash register, deep in conversation. I new what I wanted, stood by the shelves of shoes, holding a shoe in hand, waiting to get their attention. Finally, yay, made eye contact with them. I thought this is where one of them would say, "Can I help you?", NOPE, they continued on with their conversation. They lack basic sales skills...Hello, Welcome, Can I help you? Luckily, the Adidas that I wanted are available in other stores, so that's where I went...to another store.

The employee working on Chirstmas Eve was very nice to us. My fiancée was looking for Ugg slippers and it was hard to find in her size. The employee checked on her computer to see if they had any at the store or nearby store. They didn't have any so my fiancée just tried different sizes to see which one was the closest and comfortable for her. The store is not that big so they might not have a lot of selections for you. We came right when the mall open so we were the only one there and we wore our mask.

Thanks to the girls at Journeys in Thousand Oaks Mall! Especially Kate! I called wanted to exchange shoes my son had bought for me online. She was super pleasant on the phone, found my size and saved them for me. It's nice to talk to someone with great customer service skills. I'll definitely be back for more shoes!

Horrible customer service and really bad experience!! I was sold two left feet only to return to Canada where I live when I realized it. Then called the store and they directed me to corporate, bc they no longer had the shoes. Which I found weird because what happened to the right foot? I sent the shoes back immediately to a Distribution center in Canada, and had to wait two months to get my refund. This happened in March and the check is just now finally on the way to me. The associates at this store should be more careful when ringing people up by making sure that the shoes are the correct size and right/left. Try again Journey’s you are SLACKING!!!

TLDR; had to threaten Journeys with small claims court cause they cancelled my order of $150+ out of the blue, & did not refund me for 3 months (by check?? Wtf refund my card this isn't 1936) after numerous phone calls and apologies. I placed an order in store for specific Doc Martens size (a women's specific size, not unisex women's) since they didn't have my size in stock. He placed the order after calling 10+ stores. I spent $150+, all well and good. A week later, my order was cancelled since they in fact did not ever have it in stock. Turns out you only have 2 weeks or something ridiculous, where they can refund to your card. After that, they mail you a CHECK(???). Ok fine. I'll deal with a check since I didn't realize they don't refund your freaking card instantly after cancelling your order on you. I NEVER received the check. Called Journeys corporate (already wasting so much of my time at this point). Very apologetic 'yes sir we'll Next day air this check'. Oh my god I had 5+ phone calls over the course of THREE MONTHS. EVERY person told me the same thing "oh I'm sorry to hear that let me speak with the coordinator" and put me on hold. 30 minute phone calls, sometimes more. The last convo I had, 3 MONTHS after they took my money and didn't refund me, I threatened to take them to small claims court. Apparently that worked, cause I got the check about a week after that.

Maggie was the best! She was very helpful. They didn't have the shoe size my daughter was looking for and she made several calls. She was on hold for awhile but from another phone she went and called another store. She went above and beyond. So professional and kind. Thank you Maggie!

Wonderful store. I went on a very busy day and two workers made sure I was getting all the shoes and items I needed. The girl helping me even told me she was new, and she was doing an amazing job. The store was chaos but the workers didn't show any stress.

OK so let me just start off by saying this is about to be the greatest review you've ever read in your life. please do enjoy what comes next. i'd like to give a huge shout out to Kyle he is quite an amazing sales person... so good this man could've just sold me a Lamborghini and I wouldn't of thought twice. also I'd like to say the qualities of the shoes are great #LoveJourneys also shout out cactus Jack he also helped in my shoe buying experience so yay him also. i'm not typically a journeys customer but now i'm thinking of making jouneys my one stop shoe spot. i'll end off this review by saying these people deserve a raise or a bonus or something.
