“Living at Westcreek Apartments has been an incredible experience, largely thanks to the outstanding maintenance staff. Edwin, in particular, stands out for his exceptional service. He is always quick to respond to any maintenance requests, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. Beyond his technical skills, Edwin's friendly demeanor makes a significant difference. Every time I drive by, he never fails to wave and occasionally stops for a chat, making me feel truly welcomed and valued as a resident. It's rare to find such a dedicated and personable maintenance professional, and Edwin's presence adds a unique charm to the community.

The apartments themselves are another highlight. The area is extremely private and the apartments are very spacious. Additionally, there is ample parking, which eliminates the stress of finding a spot and adds to the overall ease of living here.

The location is also a major advantage. There are numerous activities and dinner spots offering plenty of options for a fun night out. With so much to do in the surrounding areas and shops close by, Westcreek Apartments is definitely an ideal place to live.”

“Jose V. with maintenance went above and beyond to help us get our drone out of a tree! He absolutely didn’t have to and he thought creatively by taping two sticks together and was able to get it out for us. We appreciate you and thank you so much!”

“My partner and I moved from Norcal in 2020 and found this gem! The location of the apartments is great and we can walk to get breakfast, walk to get groceries, walk to get a few beers... It's great! Also, the shade from the trees helps to cool down the apartments! We got lucky and got a very shaded unit and never had to deal with lots of heat. Also, they have central heating and air, and trust me finding that in Norcal is so hard unless you want to pay for brand-new "luxury" apartments. We also got lucky and moved during COVID so we got a nice deal from the beginning. The maintenance staff is hard-working and kind. The buildings and pipes are older so yes, we have had a few leaks here and there but they are always on top of it when we send a report and it hasn't affected our quality of life at all. Neighbors were fine, and the walls seemed like they muted lots of noise! (We watch lots of movies). I will say, however, I wish there were more signs or some type of enforcement about cleaning up after dogs.Overall, great experience at this residence and we're sad to have to move away to just pay more for less!”

“So I got on a list through Turning Points Foundation for Many Mansion along time ago and still no response so a worker from whole person care act told me about the new Many Mansion in Oxnard 84 units available I have mental health issues and I'm disabled and low income so I think I qualify I called left messages asking for help they called back and tried to help but didn't want to completely help but it wasn't there fault I didn't see it says on there website that they will help with the application and that's not a lie but you have to point these thing's out and they will insist you go in I actually called back and apologized and the lady tried to walk me through it but it was a problem with the website it constantly said I already had a account and that my account was invalid I couldn't fill out a application she said she would call back Monday I hope so I got approved for section 8 and am having no luck finding anything there is alot more to it meaning you need credit and a deposit and first month's rent a in some cases a double deposit impossible to do .... I still believe in section 8 and I also believe in Many Mansion's they really do help families, homeless, mental illness and low income as well as veterans it's just impossible to be able to walk everyone through it but it's the only way to do it”

“This is an addition to my review dated one month ago. This morning at about 9 am I submitted maintenance requests for my apt (about 5 different things to be fixed). At approximately 9:30, maintenance was at the door to do the repairs! While they're being here within the half hour does not always happen, I will say that in all my years here which are many, maintenance has always responded in a very timely manner. I consider this a very important part of renting an apt....no long waits and always polite staff. Thank you St Charles Oaks for a job well done!”
