If I still lived in Cali I would still live at Terrena!!I have lived many places in my life and in all sincerity... Terrena is one of the very best!Let's start with the people that are running the place... Truly fantastic customer service. These are genuinely caring people who are highly professional, responsive AND efficient.And I am speaking about everyone involved. Management is on it and cares deeply. Terrena always brings in highly experienced, caring managers. Geeta is the current manager and Katie the assistant manager is excellent; professional efficient and friendly! The leasing specialists (Laura and Lisa) are superbly helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Awesome! If I ever have a question or concern they are available and ready with solutions. The people keeping the place up are amazing (Juan, Josefina, Norma). I find everyone to be fastidious, friendly and extremely helpful 100% of the time.And then of course there is the fact that the place itself is beautiful. It's beautiful outside, it's beautiful inside. Any small issues that come up are handled quickly and well by the thorough and efficient maintenance team headed by the service manager, Eddie M., assistant manager Gerson and their team: Johnny and Eddie G. The best!The amenities are fun and plentiful. Please look them up on line because they are too many to list here! -but I'll name four:1. Courtyard (they have more than one.) with gorgeous landscaping, clean, comfortable furniture and large BBQS!2. Other comfortable shared spaces to hang out in or Terrena will host various activities at various times!3. A gym that is a decorator's dream with great machines and equipment. (A new stairmaster!).4. Last BUT NOT LEAST there are two pool areas. The one near the gym has been redecorated and its gorgeous! (The other one is gorgeous too!).Without hesitation I would recommend Terrena to anyone who wishes to live in the LA area.”

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Tess, the Property Manager. She is friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing , or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I couldn’t be happier!. She also be levelheaded and resourceful, personable and articulate.I definitely recommend the property.”

“Not yet a tenant BUT......omg, is this management doing something right. My mom has been helping me look for an apartment (it's insanely difficult in LA right now) and she spoke to a woman named Yoselin who was very helpful. I later called to schedule an appointment and got the same woman on the phone and realized why my mom instantly said "Go see this place!". Yoseline was so kind and I called her right before her lunch break and she still took time to help me and scheduled a last minute same day appointment. When I met her in person, I KNEW she was genuinely kind and cares about tenants and prospective tenants. This woman is a gem. She gave me a full tour in blistering heat, answered ALL of my questions (and I had lots), offered to walk all the way back to the office to grab keys for another unit that I was curious about seeing. I don't know if all of Concord Square leasing agents are like Yoseline but if so, then it puts this complex at the top of the list. The units I saw were studios, a bit on the smaller size but they have a nice layout and are very quiet. The pool and grounds are very well maintained and it seems like a nice community overall. But Yoseline stole the show and I had to take time out of my night, just to write this review because I was blown away by her character of excellence. Kudos to whoever hired her! And if she ever sees this....Thank you Yoseline!”

“Just wanted to say that Lisa the manager of our building is amazing she’s always willing to help. Very responsive and professional. I’ve only been here for a year but I love it. We feel very safe having Lisa as our manager. The neighbors are also very nice. 5 stars for our manager who goes out her way to always making sure our amenities is clean.”

“I moved into Motif Apartments in August,and I couldnt be happier.This apartment is just what my dog and me were looking for.The amenities at Motif are great.Off street parking ,2 pools ,an inside and outside gym,washer and dryer in every unit,with private balcony or patio.There is a fenced in dog park for my dog to run.I find the staff and residents to be very friendly.I can definately imagine Motif Apartments being my permanent home.”

“Xavier Castillo - walked my wife and I through his available units even though we did not set an appointment with him. He is very warm and welcoming and made the complex feel like home before we even moved in.He assisted us with our move in date and showed us to our parking spots. He is very upfront and lays all cards on the table.The management and maintenance staff are very respectful and responsive to any inquiries you may experience. My wife and I are very happy, and don't plan on moving anytime soon. Thank you Xavier, for making it such an easy process and decision to choose Versailles as our new home!!!”

“Since Ana and Pas showed up... I've been here 10 years. My apartment has become a home. All the previous hell worthy things have been fixed. I'd now move in. If Ana didn't fix all this I'd tell you to run. This place was a nightmare before. Pas+Ana = move in.”
