It's a Monday morning. The bank is like a ghost town, only two tellers but can't see any bankers. This branch has been downsizing a lot. I understand a lot of transactions are being done online. I called Leo from the Temple City branch to make an appointment twice to open an account and never returned my phone call. Very unprofessional.

I wanted to make a mortgage payment directly at a bank today and cannot find one Wells Fargo bank opened around Pasadena. This is very sad that they close up so darn early even on the weekdays I have close my personal account because of this reason I’ve been a long time and loyal customer.
