“The Mandarin services provided by banks in the Chinese area are still good, but the same Chase in the new Chinese area is not as good as the old one. As soon as I entered, the atmosphere was more comfortable than others, and the direct Mandarin consultation service was perfect. I met Ms. Wang. Arcadia’s Chase is not bad, there are several great Chases in Chino Hills, and today’s is the best here.”

“My family and I have been a customer for an extremely long time. Since this bank use to be called Commerce Bank. I think the reason for the low stars is this bank caters to the older Asian demographics, in particular Chinese, so it helps if you speak Mandarin or Cantonese. But just be patient, speak slow, or ask for help and your transaction shouldn't be too difficult. Yuki has also been super helpful for me, as someone who's Cantonese isn't too good. So ask for Yuki if you do need someone to speak English.”

“These 5 stars are for Leo Mak's customer service. He went above and beyond to help my friend who just lost her dad. A lot of obstacles but he was patient and extremely helpful and helped her get his affairs in order.”

“COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my money from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is actually pretty big. However, they share the lot with several other establishments, so customers for the other establishments may steal Chase customers parking spots. I usually avoid coming here during peak business hours and on weekends because of the crowds. Some parking spots are smaller than others. Watch out. Establishment & Staff: The bank itself is very clean, neat, tidy, and organized. The staff here are very kind, friendly, and efficient.”

Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is moderate sized. The parking spots are okay. Although some parking spots are kind of small and uneven. Precovid, if you came here during peak business hours, parking was tough to find. Now during the pandemic, if you came during peak business hours, parking is a breeze. Staff: The staff here is very patient, friendly, polite, and welcoming.”

“Not sure why all the 1 to 2 star comments. I am a filipino Chinese, and don't speak much Chinese. I came here one afternoon to close out my account. Instead of the two tellers that some of the Yelpers are saying, there were about 4 to 5 people in the branch. The teller that helped me was kind, patient/understanding and engaging. I do understand the misunderstanding as there maybe some cultural barriers and/or differences. I overheard the branch manager speaking to one of the customers on the phone, she sounded abrupt and curt. I believe that this managers could benefit from some Customer Service classes on how to handle American customers. For example, instead of directly telling the customer that she could not locate his/her Account number, the branch manager could have offered apologetically that she was not able to locate the information the customer was looking for. Then, she could have followed d up with, "May I suggest that you try and locate that information and then call us back?"”

“I am extremely satisfied with my visit to this Bank of America branch! My mother and I visited to open a checking account for her, and we had the pleasure of meeting with relationship banker, Vicky Zhao. My mother often repeats questions due to her hearing impairment, requiring people to be especially patient when assisting her. Vicky demonstrated remarkable patience and kindness throughout the entire process and it was evident that she is a compassionate and respectful individual, likely with a deep understanding and appreciation for her own parents/elders. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Vicky, as we had encountered a few employees at other banks who were unnecessarily impolite to my mother just prior to our visit. You are truly an angel - thank you Vicky.”
