“I have many social media platforms that I own and I just posted this store on a few of my pages. I just came from Dodger Stadium looking for something to buy but left empty handed. I used to live down the street but moved to Orange County and I couldn't find a store comparable and I just left this store spending over 2 bills easily and I ordered another hoodie they didn't have in stock in my size and they're going to get it for me and that's what I call customer service!! I'll be waiting for my LA 2020 World Series Pullover Hoodie Sweater!! This place you will find what you need and if not they almost likely can get it for you!! “Coach Josef was my former high school soccer coach from 1995/96. I used to go to his shop with my mom at a different location whenever I needed new soccer gears! He was super great at helping my son finding the right shin guards that he wanted. And as we browsed around the store, we found a pair of Culer socks that we have been looking for! “Great customer service, love the shoes! I attempted to use a different style of ASICS shoes, wore them all day, but at the end of the day my feet were hurting. I should have stuck to my usual ASICs that I buy. I was worried the store would not allow me to return them as I did wear them for most of the day. However the young lady working there was very understanding and gave me no problem! I was able to exchange the shoes for my usual ASICS that I use, with ease, hassle free.”

“As soon as we entered this WSS we felt very welcome.A very nice and helpful man named Luis Martinez asked us if we needed any help finding a size, and he didn't have to do that .I say this because he could have just been very rude and careless .But Luis was just different.he actually cared about helping us , and I never felt like he was just doing his job.Instead he made us feel welcome and at peace.So since he asked us if we needed help finding a size we told him we needed a 6.5 size in white Air forces.He looked everywhere and then told us he swore he saw that size .But he still went out of his way to try and find the size at another store.But he still wouldn't give up.His co-worker told him maybe in the back of the store(because they have to put them there because they have no other space to put them).He the found the size of my shoes.We went to the cashier after thanking him, and he told me"Lucky u , I wish I would have gotten 2 pairs of shoes when I was little" ( I checked out with 2 pairs of shoes).I then replied to him by saying that, " It is because my birthday is coming up soon" , and as I said earlier he cared .Because he cared he asked me " really? When is ur birthday" I told him " August 2".He was so nice that he told me " okay then since ur birthday is coming soon I will give u my store discount".I said " Really , thank u thank u so much".After that we left.I will conclude by saying Luis Martinez helped us out from beginning to end,and he never gave up, aside from that's he was caring , and because of that he deserves everything in the world.Sincerely samantha delgado, and Aurora Delgado”

“Found this local gem on Yelp of course! Needed some shirts/hoodies with our logo made for our business and wanted to #supportlocal. From start to finish, my experience was flawless thanks to Erica and her team!! Phenomenal customer service skills here at FSP! I brought in my shirts and hoodie that I wanted our logo printed on - but they also have all sorts of items that you can order through them for printing as well. Erica made it so easy too!! I briefly explained to her the look I was going for - sort of vintage style lettering and what I wanted it to say etc. And then all I had to do was email her a high res copy of our logo. Within no time, Erica emailed me an example of what it would look like and it was PERFECT!! Exactly what I wanted right on the first try!! I was so thrilled with what she designed! And she's extremely responsive via phone and email. They always answer calls right away and respond to emails immediately it seems like! What a way to do business! There was a slight issue with the vinyl material (not at all the fault of FSP)- but Erica contacted me right away and gave me plenty of options - if I went with a more stiff kind of vinyl I could still meet my order pickup date, OR I could opt to wait for the much softer, higher quality vinyl to come in. Erica did a great job of fully explaining to me the differences in the products - so I opted to wait for the higher quality material and I'm so glad I did! The finished product is just what I was hoping for! It came out amazing! Decent quality, nice and soft, very pliable, moves well while wearing, very clear picture, AND it held up very well after the first wash so far! Their prices are extremely reasonable as well! My whole order of 3 shirts and a hoodie with front and back quality vinyl printing was less than $100!! They also do larger orders and I believe it gives you more of a discount on each item. They also have my designs saved in their system now - so when I'm ready for more it'll be so fast and easy!! Next time we're going to do some hats and backpacks too! They have plenty of parking and their location is super easy to find, very near Old Town Monrovia. Currently they have you wait outside and call their phone number for service due to Covid and they have a small office...but like I said, they answer all their calls right away - so I never had to wait at all! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! Thanks so so much to Erica and her awesome team!! We will DEFINITELY be back!”
