“I was recommended to this store by Dr.DeLaCruz after my visit with him for my running injury upon my inquiry for a good store to get running shoes. I've never been to a specialized running store to do a gait analysis or a shoe fitting for that matter, I always assumed I knew my own foot. Boy was I wrong! From the moment I stepped in, Michelle took the reigns and let me tell you, she is an expert! I waited to do this review because honestly I wasn't quite convinced with the shoe Michelle recommended for me. It felt comfortable but it was different from what I have always worn. I have been wearing Nike Pegasus forever and that felt comfortable for me because that's what I have been use to BUT my body has been suffering injuries left and right. Foot numbness, plantar fasciitis, and more recently a bad strain. Michelle explained what I may need based problems and preferences I explained to her and also the results of my gait analysis and found the perfect shoe for me. I have been wearing them for about two weeks now and my foot loves this shoe! No numbness, lots of roomy space but still gripping my foot and my arch is supported in a way I enjoy and didn't realize I needed. Strangest part of this whole process is I have been wearing a 6.5 shoe and never knew I have one smaller foot and one larger one I need a 7.5 to avoid all above mentioned problems. I learned so much about my foot. Wearing my Pegasus now feels so strange, so tight and lacking support. I feel as if I have a better gait now and I am excited to come back in a few months once my injury heals to do a new gait analysis and get a new pair of shoes. Thanks Michelle, Ill try to make it to one of the DogHausRunningClub or RunWithUsPasadena runs after my marathon.”

“Coach Josef was my former high school soccer coach from 1995/96. I used to go to his shop with my mom at a different location whenever I needed new soccer gears! He was super great at helping my son finding the right shin guards that he wanted. And as we browsed around the store, we found a pair of Culer socks that we have been looking for! This store is a treasure box, we will definitely come back again! Highly recommended! Go say hi to Coach Josef!”

I used to live down the street but moved to Orange County and I couldn't find a store comparable and I just left this store spending over 2 bills easily and I ordered another hoodie they didn't have in stock in my size and they're going to get it for me and that's what I call customer service!! “I’ve came here about 3-4 times while visiting the plaza for the most part my experience is good! Great prices, great quality and super amazing friendly staff! Unfortunately today I had an unpleasant experience with an employee which is rare because again, most of the times I’ve came you’re greeted at the entrance and everyone’s friendly but the lady in the register THELMA was very unpleasant. She was kind of rude and I felt like she was rude to the male cashier which made me feel uneasy and awkward. Overall, I love this store. always super clean, great prices, great quality, and amazing staff. I got work shoes for 21$!!! Quality just as good as paying for Nike just way more affordable!”

My husband and I were in the market and shopping for a home gym stacked weight machine and a treadmill. We went to half a dozen different retailers — from wholesalers to big box stores, and none of them came close to offering the quality, variety and pricing Sandy’s had. They have a great selection, a good store front layout. And Sandy was very helpful. She was honest, friendly, and great to work with. She gave us great recommendations on the best value we would get on a treadmill, the weight machine, and some other home gym tips. For anyone looking I would recommend they come here. In the event I need something else to add to our home gym I won’t hesitate to come back to Sandy’s!”
