Kit - $45 chicks - $10 each 8lb crumbles - $11 (food) not bad at all! They accept cards, Apple pay is what I used. Parking spots available and nice helpful staff! I recommen! thumbs up!”

“I order 6 cakes here every year, one for each of my dogs birthdays and they have always delivered consistent cakes! My dogs love the cakes here and they have also tried their cookies and treats that are offered in the cases. The bakery also carries a small assortment of dog food, packaged treats, raw chews and dried chews, and many birthday accessories. There are many things here that are size appropriate for any breed of dog. I've gotten many little treats here for my dogs that range from 3 lbs - 16 lbs but I've seen people come in with their large breeds and leave with something for them.”
“This place is great. Customer service is good. But the reason I gave it a 4 stars is because of the first time I went to this location the service started off great. I had brought my husky to a new pet store and he’s a shy husky. He had a few oopsies around the store. Some older lady that works there started to give me dirty looks after the one oopsie. The second time my doggie went again, she gave me her 2 cents about how my dog is not neutered and males leave their marks in places they smell females. ?yea I got a bit bothered and I just let it go. I walked it off around the store looking for more product for my floof. When I finally got what I came to get from the store. I had purchased a bag of Nulo kibble ( fyi that food is amazing I recommend to any one who has picky eater) by that time I had asked the cashier if her cans were still in sale? She said yes of course. I asked if I could leave and go pick up some cans? She said of course. I asked to leave my purchased bag at the register? She happened to ask the same old lady that was giving me dirty looks. ?. By then there was a few more people in line… and she puts me on blast in front of everyone. She tells the cashier “you can go get her the cans she wants because her dog is peeing everywhere”. I got really upset. And atomic bomb went off inside of me?. I kept composure. The cashier had tried to convince me to go and get the cans. I felt hurt and insulted, I told the cashier thanks but I don’t think I want them, I’ll just go else where because this woman has a problem with my dog. I was not about to start making a scene with this woman about her nasty comments. I contemplated on returning because I didn’t want to see her ever again. But since my floof is a picky eater and I’ve been searching everywhere heaven and earth looking and buying bags left and right that he just doesn’t want. I swallowed my pride and just went back 3 weeks later. Hoping I wouldn’t see that woman again. The second time I went back a kind man who worked there offered to help, I asked if I could talk to management about that woman’s nasty customer service. He helped me out and convinced me to come back again. And I do go back, I just have to watch out for that woman, and I don’t bring my floof there again sadly. And he likes pet stores once he gets used to them and sees other pups there. I have worked retail most of my life and I’ve never been this nasty to anyone. Let alone being put on the spot simply because my dog had an oopsie.”
“On this place separate from other pet places a d believe me wwn i said this for example like most of them big pet shop places like if you ever cant find anything i bet you qill fi d it at this place and there very friendly and help full so if you have pets or want buy small pets and so on go check it out i often go there and so far i have found all my pets need and food toys and ect..”

“We dropped off our 1 year old English Cream Golden Retriever for a deluxe bath the other day for her first professional grooming. She came out looking like a show dog! Everything was trimmed and bathed to perfection. She still smells amazing and her ears feel silk! I love that she was behind the cash register with two other dogs when we arrived. It was like one of those Subaru commercials with the Golden Retrievers Also, the groomers were incredibly sweet and kind. We will make this a monthly routine!”

“Super friendly and helpful staff at the Duarte location. We came here to utilize the doggy bath for our pup and I'm so glad we did! They have these different packages that include everything you need: Earth Bath branded shampoo, conditioner, wet and dry combs, deodorant spray, ear wash drops, cotton balls and towels and more. The bath itself is well equipped with warm and cold water a little protector door to ensure your pup doesn't hop out. There's a few dryer stations that have blow dryers and pressure dryers as well. I loved how helpful and cost effective it was to give our dog a bath here. There's a huge selection of other pet food and supplies. The store was well equipped and the staff were very knowledge and helpful.”

“When I discovered this dog grooming business, I never left. Jonathan is such a great groomer. He is so detailed and knowledgeable with the best interest of your dog. He is so quick to communicate. I appreciate the time and effort he puts into my fur baby (shown in the pictures below). I take 3 dogs of mine here and he never fails to disappoint every time.
