“Quick 1.5 hour auto glass repair on Lexus 2001 rx300, they came to me at my workplace to get the job done. Texted for a quote, schedule a time (account for 1 day for him to order the glass), he came out the following morning to repair my windshield. Don't get caught by the cops with a ticket for having a cracked front windshield that obstructs your view. Two people were working on the windshield so rest assured the most care will be taken during the repair. They texted me to let me know when they were on the way. Then called me when they were here. When the repair was done, they called me to let me know it was done. It was that easy! My suggestion is to park in an area where all of your doors can be opened wide so that they'll spend less time worrying about surroundings and more focus on the repair. Successful, courteous and professional windshield crack repair. I'd recommend them for my friends and family.”

I went early in the morning to drop off my car, and the workers were nice answering the questions I had about tint percentages and the cost. Once I paid for it, I had to wait until later in the afternoon (around 4pm) to pick it up. I was amazed with the quality! “These guys made the start of a bad day much better with their fast mobile installation. The rear passenger window of my brother's truck was shattered while parked in a long term parking garage. After providing photos and truck info to them by phone, they were able to order the correct window size/color on a Sunday morning and met me at my home to install the window 2 hours after the initial call was made. Installation took 30 minutes and the cost was 40% less than what other vendors had quoted for repair to be performed "sometime next week." Great fast service at a very fair price!”

“I was recently in an accident where the other driver was at fault. Fix Auto East LA was one of the repair shops his insurance recommended. I was a bit skeptical but the reviews were good and it was conveniently close to my house. Upon arrival everything about this shop was great. They were extremely nice and professional. Walking me through the entire process before hand. Because they were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable I decided to ask for a quote to fix my rear bumper. These damages were completely unrelated to the accident. The accident had damaged my front driver side but my rear bumper desperately needed to be repainted. I couldn't believe when they quoted me $220 to remove and paint the entire bumper. Every other quote I had gotten ranged from $400-$500! Of course I jumped at the opportunity! While my car was being repaired I got several phone calls and texts from Nancy with status updates. My car came out perfect!! Looks brand new again!! I couldn't be happier! Lord forbid I'm ever involved in another accident but if I am, I'll definitely be going back to Fix Auto!! Thanks guys!!”
