“Granted I just came back from Vegas so my car was filled with bug splatter. After just over an hour for a deluxe wash at $35, my car windshield and grille still had bugs on it. But I mean... It is difficult to remove dried called on splat without soaking it. The vacuuming and interior was nice and clean so I'm happy enough. Does the price of the wash include tip? I assume so cuz there wasn't anyone at my car when I picked it up, just paid in the office. I still tracked down the owner to hand him some tip money tho”

“I've got a 2019 Chevy Colorado I used to wash and wax myself fairly regularly but for reasons it's probably been well over a year if not two since it had a good cleaning so it was pretty darn dirty. Steve quoted me $250 to give it a complete exterior detail and a basic interior detail. When I picked it up it looked like fresh off the showroom floor. It ended up taking him longer than he originally estimated as there was some pretty embedded grime on it. “I'm very satisfied with the service that Johnny and his partner provided. I called one or two places and their rates were more expensive and they needed to use the garage to do the job, so I was happy to find that Johnny's prices were cheaper and more reasonable and we could just do it on the driveway, but the level of service was great. I had a pretty dirty car to begin with. I hadn't washed it in about 5 years interior or exterior and when he was done with it, the whole car smelled clean and looked fresh. All the stains that used to be there were gone. Johnny is very honest and wants to make sure you're taken care of. Something I didn't pay attention to was the forecast. The day after our original appointment was supposed to rain, but he called me the day prior to let me know it would be a shame to wash it only to have it rained on, so we scheduled for a future date, which I really appreciated. He looks out for his customers, and I really respect and value that. He's also a hardworker. He made the 2 hour drive to my place for our appointment time at 9, but he wakes up between 4-5, so it's no easy trek. Right as he was leaving, I was just sitting in the car and admiring the work and how clean and new everything looked and he stopped to make sure that I was satisfied with the job and if there were anything that might come up, to let him know. I appreciate the service! Very respectful and has a good attitude. If/when my car is too dirty to handle, I'll reach out to him again.”

“I bought this Fiat for my daughter and although the person took great care in maintaining the engine, it was obvious it.hadn't been washed in a long time. It had layers of dirt and water stains from sprinklers that we couldn't get off. The paint looked dull and the windows had water spots all over. I called and Joseph answered. I've never had a car detailed before so i really didn't know what I needed. I told Joseph my issue with the dirt and water stains and he took the time to explain what needed to be done....with ceramic tint all around and paint correction, it came out to $750. Worth every penny. My daughter is super happy and it's so nice to be able to look out a window without seeing water spots. The tint makes it so much nicer to drive in the California sun...you really don't feel heat on your arms and face. We feel like we're driving a new csr. Highly recommend”

“I was recently in an accident where the other driver was at fault. Fix Auto East LA was one of the repair shops his insurance recommended. I was a bit skeptical but the reviews were good and it was conveniently close to my house. Upon arrival everything about this shop was great. They were extremely nice and professional. Walking me through the entire process before hand. Because they were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable I decided to ask for a quote to fix my rear bumper. These damages were completely unrelated to the accident. The accident had damaged my front driver side but my rear bumper desperately needed to be repainted. I couldn't believe when they quoted me $220 to remove and paint the entire bumper. Every other quote I had gotten ranged from $400-$500! Of course I jumped at the opportunity! While my car was being repaired I got several phone calls and texts from Nancy with status updates. My car came out perfect!! Looks brand new again!! I couldn't be happier! Lord forbid I'm ever involved in another accident but if I am, I'll definitely be going back to Fix Auto!! Thanks guys!!”

“I recently had my car washed at Evergreen Auto Wash and Detailing, which has its entrance conveniently located on the side off Evergreen Ave. Upon arriving, I was warmly welcomed by either the manager or owner who took the time to explain the different tiers of services and pricing in a very transparent manner. I was happy to learn that customers can also inquire about a Yelp discount. The team did a thorough job washing and detailing the interior and exterior of my vehicle. They were meticulous in cleaning every nook and cranny. My car looked practically brand new when they were finished! There was just one small miss - the deep crevice where my windshield wipers rest was not completely cleaned out. Given the otherwise stellar job the team did, I'm still giving Evergreen Auto Wash 4 out of 5 stars. I would happily come back and recommend their services to friends and family. The owner/manager provides excellent customer service, the facilities are spotless, and the team pays close attention to detail. I have no doubt they would quickly remedy the one area that was missed. With such great service at fair prices, Evergreen Auto Wash is my new go-to for all my auto detailing needs!”
