“Alex was the most amazing Associate ever! I spent 3x the amount I planned. HOWEVER, the store was not in the best shape. Racks packed so tight you can't pull clothes out and high end boots mixed with bargain basement ones. Needs a remodel!”

I usually don't go into American Eagle bc there close r to small for me but when Aaliyah told me that they have since 20 I was very happy. She very caring n sweet. “Was here this past Friday. Lovely shop. Amazing finds. Prices were awesome on all my vintage Christmas items. Had a slight medical/health issue and the lady ringing me up, sorry I did not get her name, got me a chair and water before I hit the ground. I am so thankful to her for amazing help and understanding. Sent my husband and me to a nice little French bakery for some lunch just what I needed. “Called to ask if anyone else had complained of a quality issue recently, my son’s shoes fell apart way faster than usual and I thought I was going crazy. They told me to come in, so I did and the manager Josh helped us out and they gave customer service way beyond what I’d ever expect. The girl who answered the phone was awesome and so helpful and just had it together, she was also sweet in store. Both of them treated my son so well and I’m just really impressed! Shout out to the two of them, and the tall kid working when I walked in too. I didn’t ask her name but she had red hair and it was around 730pm on a Wednesday. Will definitely be buying more and more as a result, thanks guys!”
