“I had new struts put on my 2004 Avalon at a Les Schwab in Oregon. After that my car clunked. I stopped at multiple Schwab's as I traveled to Southern CA complaining about the noise. It was only when I took it to the Temecula CA shop that the problem got resolved. Under warranty they ended up replacing the FCS brand struts that were put on with KBY brand. I am so grateful to have the noise gone! The crew and service manager were all patient and did not brush off the issue. Thanks to you all for your patience and your persistence!”
