“I really enjoyed shopping in your Temecula store today, and Marysol helped me cheerfully with a very complicated (at least to me, lol!) transaction. I fell in love with some super-soft, ultra hi-rise straight leg jeans, two super-soft off the shoulder fall sweaters (in two colors I couldn’t resist, & two pairs of cute fall novelty socks. When I let her know that I was going to purchase them online for a lower price, she let me know that she’d be happy to price match! After helping me get the best price in store (and not have to wait for them to be shipped!), she and her team-member quickly helped a long line of customers checkout. They all stayed cheerful & friendly and there was always someone to greet customers as they entered the store and thanked them for coming as they left!
Your Temecula AEO team is so warm, friendly and helpful! I love shopping in person at this location. This store is always clean & neat & well-stocked, & the displays are merchandised perfectly to give us great ideas for putting cute, stylish & comfy outfits together. AE Temecula has the nicest vibe!

“LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! My personal favorite Hot Topic to shop at <3 the sales associates are so helpful and knowledgeable and I always feel like I’m welcomed every time I walk in. I can never walk out of there without having a fun conversation with them! The managers are wonderful and clearly know how to treat their staff. They always looks like they’re having a fun time working which is so rare to find nowadays. Shout out to all the managers! They are so kind and lovely everytime I speak to them ♥️

“Love love this store especially all the anime, Disney, hello kitty, star wars merchandise. Upon entering the store, my husband and I were both welcomed and told us about the deals and savings. All the workers were all helpful and especially the lady with blue hair. I forgot her name but she was able to check if I had any savings or box lunch money that I can use. And I did, I was to use all the discount they had and bought several items. Will definitely always go to this store. Excellent service, even the cashier was very friendly and even told me about the tags are biodegradable to reused for planting....very informative ?”
“My Boyfried and I stop in every time we stop off at the mall. The owner is very nice. We've been coming in since he opened the shop and always seems to remember us which is welcoming. The young lady working this time was helpful and professional. They do have a few more womans items then they have had in the past which is nice. I came in looking for something for my boyfriend for his birthday and found a nice flannel and a few things in the glass case. The owner helped fixed my info in the computer to get my rewards, totally helped with what I needed to spend in the mall. Overall, they are getting much more clothing in the shop as well as other items to grab. A must stop shop for you, Man, Lady, A friend who may served or currently is... good stuff”

“I practice military law & was looking for a specific model of sunglasses by the brand Dolce & Gabbana. Unfortunately, the item is exclusive & limited in stock. The purchase is for my fiance, who is a Combat veteran in the Marine Corp. I was willing to drive over an hour to make the purchase. I called Lake Elsinore & spoke with GABRIEL. Unfortunately, upon inspection, he detected damages. If Gabriel hadn't taken the time to polish the item, I would've wasted a trip. Not only did he, advise me to make sure the store associates inspect & polish this item, but he guided me to contact 3 other locations that have the glasses in stock. I was impressed when he offered an alternate brand that carries similar sunglasses but in a variety of different colors by Rayban. He taught me how to choose and configure the correct size of sunglasses as well!! GABRIEL is the most most professional high-class service I've received in 20 years. Im originally from Europe & my standards are extremely high. I'm an avid buyer of luxury high-end brands from France & Italy. Thank you, Gabriel, for providing such outstanding service. You are truly a GOLD star!!”

“PacSun has always had its up’s and down’s as far as customer service goes. I often frequent the location at Westfield North County and the staff is just horrendous.Staff consists of teenagers, who feel superior to the customers, when the customers are the ones who allow for them to obtain their checks. You are all welcome!Nevertheless, on my visit this weekend (11.26.22), a store associate by the name of Collins provided exceptional service. From the moment my family and I walked in, Mr. Collins treated us all with a smile and welcomed us in.When we asked for help, he did all he could to help and upon leaving he made sure he sent us off with yet another smile.I had never experienced such service at a PacSun store.4 stars because the rest of the staff at other locations need better training.Huge shout out to Collins! “I went to this Foot Locker in spite of its low rating. All the reviews are old anyway so I wanted to give them a shot. I needed a pair of Pickleball shoes and Mason helped me out. He provided me great service while giving me options. When he brought out the shoes I was interim he also brought out another pair in another color. He says that I might like to consider another color. He was right by and I purchased the pair he recommended. I'll be back here for my next pair of shoes!!!”

I searched for other suit companies and found Class Act Tuxedo on Google Maps. They had 5/5 stars and I quickly understood why. The suit was perfect for my wedding day and they made every visit unique. Great people.”
