“Great quality Italian suits that are affordable and tailored to fit really well. The owner has been in the business for decades and the last suit I bought lasted for well over 7 years. Suits from other stores are getting worse and worse and always came apart because they’re mass produced, so I ended up wearing them a few times before they look and feel bad, but my A Moda suit is still with me and stylish.”

I was looking at the jeans, feeling defeated & she totally helped me find several pairs that fit perfectly that I otherwise would have never found. She was patient, attentive & compassionent with me. “This review is long overdue ? I walked in here with my gramma a few months ago and had a big ask of these amazing girls. I had a hunch that I was going to get engaged, and I needed to find a dress to wear. The minute I asked, every single one of the girls in there grabbed as many dresses as they could, and sent me into a dressing room to try them on. It really turned into a full fashion show — I had about four of them at one point waiting by my dressing room and telling me their opinion on how each dress looked which is EXACTLY what I wanted and needed in that moment. Everyone was so incredibly helpful. I had such an amazing experience here and I am beyond grateful for each and every one that helped me that day. “PacSun has always had its up’s and down’s as far as customer service goes. I often frequent the location at Westfield North County and the staff is just horrendous.Staff consists of teenagers, who feel superior to the customers, when the customers are the ones who allow for them to obtain their checks. You are all welcome!Nevertheless, on my visit this weekend (11.26.22), a store associate by the name of Collins provided exceptional service. From the moment my family and I walked in, Mr. Collins treated us all with a smile and welcomed us in.When we asked for help, he did all he could to help and upon leaving he made sure he sent us off with yet another smile.I had never experienced such service at a PacSun store.4 stars because the rest of the staff at other locations need better training.Huge shout out to Collins! Workers like this deserve all the praise and raise!”

Aaliyah was amazing help and she never judged me like post store do. I usually don't go into American Eagle bc there close r to small for me but when Aaliyah told me that they have since 20 I was very happy. She very caring n sweet. I appreciate her listening to me and finding what I needed. I would definitely be coming back again and hope she can help me look for more clothes in the future.”
