“I usually don't do reviews but I had to do one for Lydia Galvan that works for the US Bank in Temecula-Jefferson I had Lydia help me out and she went above and beyond with great customer service. She was very knowledgeable and that day I was going through a very hard time and she was just amazing and made my day better just by treating me like a friend and not just another customer. “We lived in Minnesota (the home of US Bank) over 30 years ago, and have always been well taken care of by US Bank. We live in Temecula, California now and yesterday I went to US Bank to withdraw some cash from our joint checking account. I was immediately taken care of by Juan Carvajal who not only took great care of my banking needs, but also carefully walked me out to my car because I am recovering from hip surgery. “I have to bring attention to the Stater Brothers Meat Department. I have considered Stater Brothers to be one of the best places to buy meat. I am yet to be disappointed, and with Christmas out of the way I am able to finally thank them. Christmas Day we decided to grill some steaks on the grill and Stater Brothers on the South 79 was much obliged. I order the Prime cut Filets and the Butcher had them ready Christmas Eve morning. They were to die for and could have possibly put any great Steakhouse Restaurants to shame. The cuts were top of the line and literally you almost didn't need a steak knife to cut them. A big Thank you to Stater Brothers for making our Christmas Dinner epic.”

The teamwork and coordination that happens behind the scenes make the branch appear less busy - but they are just as busy and typically handle more complex requests than moving money in and out of bank accounts.
