“I was having trouble finding the right prescription from other pharmacies. The pharmacist at Apollo worked with my doctor to find the best alternative that they had in stock, would work for me, and that my insurance company would cover. It was not easy and the pharmacist went out of their way to find the best alternative.I had never heard of the pharmacy, even though I had lived and worked in the area over 20 years. I was afraid that when I went there it would be some hole in the wall, but it was just the opposite. I have never been in such a beautiful pharmacy. (And they deliver, too.) I felt like I was in Beverly Hills, not Temecula. Thank you for going above and beyond.”

“I found Vail Ranch Pharmacy due to the recommendation from my doctor's office. My medications are expensive and CVS doesn't deal with insurance co. prior authorizations as this pharmacy does. This small business is so much easier to deal with and gives personalized, compassionate service. In addition, the main pharmacist is a wizard at getting prescriptions approved which I really appreciate! All the employees are so nice, understanding and helpful that they ease the stress and difficulty for people with medical conditions having to deal with insurance complications. Highly recommend this pharmacy.”

“Im a huge fan of this store and location. For years I avoided stores like this, Vons, ralphs, etc because they can be a little pricey compared to others but now that i work in the area I find myself coming here a lot. Clean store, amazing deals when you download the app, and friendly staff. Not sure why they receive so many complaints about staff here.. I've never once experienced an issue. There are even a few staff members, Jill being one of them, that make my experience great every time. A huge thank you to all of the staff that are working even harder during this crazy time!”

“When this pharmacy was also 24 hours it seriously saved my life when I developed a HORRIBLE, EXTREMELY PAINFUL ear infection at 2 in the morning; after a mandatory trip to urgent care, it was the only pharmacy open to go to get the prescribed medicine to relieve the agony I was experiencing (seriously, to this day that was the most pain I have ever felt in my life!). So, I will forever be appreciative to this CVS Pharmacy for helping me that day — buuttttttttt.... it's not 24 hours anymore :( so I'm just glad I got to take advantage of that before it was no longer an option [I guess]. The new hours are... "so so" for a 24 hour establishment. (I think 8am-10pm usually) But, overall, this is my main CVS pharmacy for my monthly medications & I am very pleased with it. No complaints (other than the new hours) that I can place. Staff is friendly & very good with time; usually not waiting very long (or at all) in line for a an available counter or waiting on something to get filled; good updates & great with communication via text, email, &/or phone! They make it easy for someone like me who can get distracted and forget to do something such as pick up my prescriptions or refill something or call my doctor, etc. They get it all handled for me so woohoo! aaannndddddddd!! Fill 10 prescriptions, get $5 Extrabucks - Can't beat that!”

She has helped me sort out insurance issues, nurse changes, and has gone above and beyond to respond to any and all questions I have. Particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic, Britni was on top of my case, ensuring my infusions continued seamlessly. I cannot recommend working with Britni and NuFactor enough. (Please give her a raise so you can retain her at your company!)”

“It's a nice store, but: tldr; two uninformed employees result in aggravation lol I ordered Daily Crave Sriracha Lentil Chips and the only option was "ship" - pickup and delivery were unavailable. So I ordered 7 bags and received them this morning. Of those, 6 were flat (did not hold hold air) Additionally, the first thing I saw when I took them out of the box was loose chips in the bottom. Since I had been shopping the local Vail Ranch site intending to pick up when I ordered these chips, I called the store to ask how to return these. I was told I had to bring them in to the store to return (20 mile round trip). When I got to the store and explained the issue, the cashier told me Ralph's doesn't ship, it had to have been instacart. (hinting that Instacart was responsible) I showed her the order on my phone, showing it was purchased and shipped directly from Ralph's, but she continued to say they don't ship, and that I had to have gotten them somewhere else. OMG it was right there on my phone in black and white, on the Ralph's site, that I ordered them from Ralph's and they were shipped from Ralph's. She then said she had to figure out where I got the chips from before she could do anything, since they don't ship, and I said no, I've shown you the order number and the order; you have to handle this return, then figure out what you don't know later. I was pretty PO'd. So just to make sure, I came home, went online, put bags of the same chips in my cart and it said again, "Pickup not available", "Delivery not available" and "Ship" was the only option. Click on the pic below to see what I mean. So, the first problem was calling the store and receiving incorrect information; I should have been told I could do a return online, or call a Customer Service line for online returns, and not told to bring them in to the store. Second problem was the cashier not knowing Ralph's has products that are *only* available for shipping, and that they come up in a search when online shopping a local store. I started the order with the intention to pick up curbside, but...yada yada yada”

“On two recent occasions the doctor sent prescriptions to this CVS location and the pharmacy sent me a text they were ready in less than 10 minutes so my wife could pick them up immediately. I'm sure there are times when this process could take longer if busy, but I was certainly very appreciative they responded so quickly so I could start the medication ASAP. My wife also said they were very pleasant and professional!”

“OUTSTANDING, STELLAR, Warm, COMFORTABLE, Service. Used the word COMFORTABLE when I needed extra time not only did both these Gentlemen give that time, and with satisfaction. “The staff here are the best. I didn’t think it mattered where prescriptions were filled until I dealt with stresses of almost running out of our daily prescriptions for my toddler. They are so caring and every hurdle we jump over they genuinely are celebrating with us. Man, I can’t put into words how much the staff here has changed my world.”

“Due to it's close proximity to our home and the fact that CVS and the Postal Annex, both of which I also frequent, are in the same shopping area, Ralph's has been my default grocery store for most items. It's a large store with lots of parking always available. They have a Starbucks, pharmacy, nice floral area, bakery, deli and more. Both the produce and meat sections have plenty of organic options. I usually use Total Wine or Costco for liquor purchases, but in a pinch, Ralph's has a great selection. They carry lots of cheeses and other charcuterie items right next to the deli. One minor complaint I have is that there is almost always a wait to place a deli order; they could definitely use some more staff there. I have a Kroger (Ralphs) reward card to scan for any sale prices and it also means I receive coupons targeted to my previous purchases. The staff that I've interacted with have been friendly and helpful. This Ralph's is a great store that I'll continue to frequent!”

“What can I say my mother retired from Costco 30 years ago and I've been a loyal Costco shopper ever since I can't get enough of the dollar 50 hotdogs looking at lifted trucks, contemplating life while shopping for vacuum cleaners with my wife, which I bought a shark cordless vacuum cleaner, but not the Dyson because I couldn't make up my mind at the time the shark vacuum cleaner is very ergonomic as a man I look at posture I don't like to bend the knees. Therefore I went with the shark cordless vacuum which last 40 minutes of suction time versus the Dyson animal 844.6 for $399, so I ended up returning the shark vacuum and exchanged it for the same type while arguing in Isles about which vacuum cleaner is superior, thank God for the ladies at the refund center they help me talk my wife out of a Roomba, which was $899 versus $279 plus tax so keep up the good job Costco! And thank you for your wonderful shirts I always buy and pants that I don't need because I only wear one pair anyways, but they set my closet with tags anyways for when I'm broke one day I could always return it. Thank you so much.”

“I started using this pharmacy in 2018I have some health problems and require a good pharmacy. I understand there are many bad reviews here but I have never had an issue with them. They are very nice and every time I come over to pick up my medication it’s always available for pick up.For example, I called today to see if the CVS Pharmacy on Winchester AND MARGARITA HAD PROBABLY NOT GIVEN ME A STEROID MEDICATION FOR INFLAMMATION. THEY CONFIRMED THAT THERE WAS NO MEDICATION SENT BY MY DOCTOR.This was done over the phone. If you know how to key ahead and provide your personal information, somebody will answer the phone and help you very nicely. I will continue to use this pharmacy for their amazing great service.”
