Most the time this place is quick and convenient, every so often you find a couple empoyees chatting rather than helping, but thats not the norm. You get what you want and go here.

I purchased a new iPhone November, 2023. I was so excited to receive the phone. My previous phone is an iPhone 6. Unfortunately I purchased the phone from Spectrum -- my mobile provider and I could receive the phone earlier than if I waited and purchased directly from Apple.BIG MISTAKE--upon receiving the phone I immediately went to Spectrum to setup my phone. Mateo "helped" and only transferred 1/3 of my contacts and told me I had to do the others 1 by 1 manually. I am in my 70's and not very adept on cell phones. He made numerous other mistakes and I left holding back tears. These phones are not inexpensive and I thought I could do so much more on the new phone, and it did not appear that was true. I even went back to the same Spectrum a couple of days later and a female confirmed again that I had to transfer the remaining 2/3 of my contacts 1 by 1 and was more interested in looking at her cell phone than helping me.I later went to the Apple Store in Temecula--OMG--what a difference. I was truly blessed by having Daniel assist me. He took my phone and in a matter of a few minutes was able to correct all Mateo's mistakes---including transferring ALL my contacts. He then took the time to show me the many functions of my phone and wrote down things I would need to remember if I could not commit to memory the functions of my new phone. He is amazing!!!! He cared and was so kind and professional. He was able to convey the information in a short time and I could actually understand what he was communicating. I left feeling that "I can do this" and was no longer regretting the purchase of the new phone.I hope management recognizes what an outstanding employee they hired. He is the epitome of customer service. He is efficient, professional, knowledgeable and actually cares.It has taken awhile for me to write this review as I was trying to put into words my gratitude. I can never convey my appreciation & how much it means to me to be able to access all the features on my Apple iPhone 15.THANK YOU, DANIEL

Horrible service, could not answer any of my questions over the phone and insist that I come to the store for service. I have an older mac that needs battery replacement. so now I have to drive to the store to even see if its in stock, also they will not tell me how much the repair will be. Not happy :(

Had a great customer experience second time around with Tony. My experiences so far with Apple products, particularly iPhone, is efficient and time saving. Tony goes above and beyond, dedicated, and professional. He gives recommendations without being overbearing. I appreciate the quick upgrade and instant rebate. Prices are not that reasonable at Apple but the service and efficiency are worth it. I recommend this location for their speedy customer support, knowledge, and service.

I waited 25 minutes so I could get help by an employee. Bad experience as always, the employee that was helping us was in his own world and slammed the iPhone that we were going to trade in on the table, that’s not okay. On another note we weren’t able to finance an iPhone for my mom due to having a different carrier, only Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T are eligible. I’ll try not to come over here.

I should preface this review with the fact that we have scads of Apple devices and love their products. However, this review is based on a recent bad experience with this store.After dealing with a severely bulging battery situation after two battery replacements in his MacBook Pro, my husband ordered a new customized MacBook and an adaptor, opting to have it delivered to the store rather than our home due to safety concerns with porch pirates. Understanding that the adaptor would be readily available, we indicated we'd pick the items up at the same time. We were given a two week timeframe - the computer is built and shipped from China. After tracking daily, at a certain point we knew it was en route to the store. Suddenly, on the day it is to arrive, my husband gets an email that the entire order was cancelled because the adaptor wasn't picked up within x number of days! He immediately called Apple customer service and was told that it was manually cancelled at the Temecula store location and there was nothing they could do.We went into this Apple Temecula location to determine what happened and unfortunately, had to wait in a long line outside the store. Told check-in person briefly what had happened and that we wanted to speak directly to the manager. Time elapses; someone else (not the manager) comes out to say entire order was automatically cancelled (not manually as we were told by general Apple customer service) due to not picking up the adaptor. Why would you cancel an entire customized computer order when the computer had been assembled and shipped from China?! Where is that computer and how can we get our hands on it? Most importantly, why in the world wouldn't you text, email or call us to give a heads-up....especially since we told you when ordering that we'd pick it all up together?! Well, seems it's "just the way it is" that the order was cancelled, AND there was no way to get this already-assembled computer. Told it would probably be scrapped and we needed to order all over again! We had no luck again asking for the manager and although the person we dealt with in person was very pleasant, we felt totally unsatisfied with her response. Customer service online was quite clear that the order had been manually cancelled, NOT automatic...so someone obviously screwed up.Sooo, we had to order all over again, wait another two weeks and this time - have it delivered directly to our home. We tracked carefully and ensured someone was available day of delivery to receive it. Obviously, we placed a separate order for the adaptor...which is what we should have done from the beginning had we only known!So this store gets a failing grade for service in the (non) handling of this order in a very untimely basis! Overall score is bumped up a bit because we finally have the computer and all is well. This should not have happened, it shouldn't have taken a month+ to get this computer AND it makes me sick to think of a brand-new Apple computer being scrapped - if that is indeed what happened.

The first rep to help me out wasn’t so nice and didn’t really have any customer service skills he just up and left when he didn’t have my phone in stock. I went to search for a case and some other accessories and another rep helped me out he was polite and professional. The reasoning for my 4 star rating or else I’d give 2/3. They don’t have phones in stock or any phone cases so don’t waste your time unless you schedule and buy a phone in advance

I echo some of the sentiments some users posted here. Came in with an appointment and over 20 minutes later I am still waiting in the queue. The staff are great but the appointment process is flawed. Why make customers make an appointment when they’ll just wait in the queue. I was stuck between a rock, be late for work or miss my warranty end date. Lesson learned, just mail items to Apple instead of coming to the store and get disappointed.

Had my MAC book serviced for an IOS upgrade, they had me turn it in for “2 hour processing” then kept my MAC book without communicating it was completed and closed the store without giving me back my MAC book. Overall keeping my MAC book with the location off. Customer service “0”.Who from Apple is delivering it to my home?
