“I rented from Avis after leaving my personal vehicle at the body shop. I was hit by an idiot who didn't know how to use a back up camera. I rented an HRV from this location. The car was clean and I got it for a decent rate. The employee at the desk was super helpful with answering questions in person and on the phone, and I had a ton because this was my first time dealing with insurance for a rental car. I'd go back - renting a car from here was the least stressful part of my week dealing with my car's repair.”

“Really easy to order a car and have it delivered to Hotel. Picked up the phone (yay). We only decided to order a car the night before. Met at hotel and the paperwork was super fast. Octavio was super cordial. He took the time help set up Apple car play and answer questions about the car. BMW was super clean. And! Return was stress free. We left car w hotel valet and Beverly Hills Car Rental was so accommodating to pick up the car as we checked out already. Highly recommend Beverly Hills Car Rental!!”

“Some stores are amazing, like the 8438 Reseda Blvd store, others dissapoint in their customer service. Bad experience with 6230 Sepulveda Blvd. where I picked up the rental, even though I discussed the need for a ride after renting it from them, and the manager said it wasn't a problem, 2.7 miles away but when I called to let them know my truck was done, they wouldn't drive me to my mechanics, if I dropped it off there, (I don't believe I was talking to the manager) so I went to Reseda, and they were more then happy to drop me at my mechanics”

“I have been a Enterprise client for over 30 years....when my truck broke down I made a reservation at Enterprise Woodland Hills then switched to the Northridge location because my truck was towed out that way......they quoted me $38.42 per day for a car but they were closing in ten minutes so I ended up at the Woodland Hills store....when they had my car ready they said $61 per day!! I said forget it but they said "nothing we can do". I later called the Woodland Hills office again and again to get some help but everyone said "nothing we can do".....I called customer service and was told the regional office would call me.....they never did....so I call Woodland Hills once again and told my story and a very nice lady answered and said "I am the branch manager here...let me see what I can do...".....her name was Amber.....anyway she asked a few questions and got me a rate of $42 per day which I was thrilled about....I asked about the previous day and she said $42 per day for that day as well....she was great!!! She cared and took the initiative to make me happy and honor what I had been told.....she is how I remember Enterprise for over 30 years....someone trying to help me...not just a robotic "nothing I can do..." which is a terrible response from anyone in customer service. Also very helpful was Patrick in the Woodland Hills office....he is what customer service is all about.....polite, friendly, and willing to help the client....he is a pro and will go far in his career...just like Amber!! These two are the best and are very much appreciated!!!!”

“Very different experience from the last time I was there over 2 years ago. We won’t talk about that because I can see how much things have changed.
Overall, a very pleasant experience this time around. Very professional and friendly staff. They had several vehicles within my price range. It was an easy and fast process.
When I returned their vehicle a week later, I had another great experience. They quickly checked me out and offered me a ride to the body shop as it was very close by. Given the very hot weather, I was very appreciative of that! I would definitely choose this location again.”
