“I rented from Avis after leaving my personal vehicle at the body shop. I was hit by an idiot who didn't know how to use a back up camera. I rented an HRV from this location. The car was clean and I got it for a decent rate. The employee at the desk was super helpful with answering questions in person and on the phone, and I had a ton because this was my first time dealing with insurance for a rental car. I'd go back - renting a car from here was the least stressful part of my week dealing with my car's repair.”
“I write few reviews. But Paul Francisco who attended to me definitely deserves this review. I booked online. When I arrived my rental was ready and the paperwork was minimal. He is very professional with a quick smile. The rentals are new. I had a 2024 Toyota Corolla LE. The return was even easier. Excellent service. The rental was washed with a full tank of gas. I hope you consider this car rental for your future needs. Better than the bigger companies. Ask for Paul. You won’t be disappointed.”

I was skeptical at first, but he was straight to the point and wasn’t trying to hide anything about the car. I couldn’t get the car I initially wanted cause I couldn’t afford the payments however Ruben found another beautiful car that fit my budget. It’s a family owned business, no hidden fees, plus I didn’t have any credit. I was still approved for the car and my monthly payments will build credit for me. “Enterprises are all owned by different people. This one is still owned by the actual owners of enterprise. I think it’s the heir, the daughter. I was impressed, because the person we worked with bent over backwards to drive to another location to get us the vehicle we needed to transport some thing for a short trip he did it in such a timely fashion. It showed they really cared. I can’t speak for every single location, but I definitely recommend this one in the Encino Tarzana area. he also matched the price that was quoted to my friend in Long Beach. Customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this enterprise Rent-A-Car location.”

“I have been a Enterprise client for over 30 years....when my truck broke down I made a reservation at Enterprise Woodland Hills then switched to the Northridge location because my truck was towed out that way......they quoted me $38.42 per day for a car but they were closing in ten minutes so I ended up at the Woodland Hills store....when they had my car ready they said $61 per day!! I said forget it but they said "nothing we can do". I later called the Woodland Hills office again and again to get some help but everyone said "nothing we can do".....I called customer service and was told the regional office would call me.....they never did....so I call Woodland Hills once again and told my story and a very nice lady answered and said "I am the branch manager here...let me see what I can do...".....her name was Amber.....anyway she asked a few questions and got me a rate of $42 per day which I was thrilled about....I asked about the previous day and she said $42 per day for that day as well....she was great!!! She cared and took the initiative to make me happy and honor what I had been told.....she is how I remember Enterprise for over 30 years....someone trying to help me...not just a robotic "nothing I can do..." which is a terrible response from anyone in customer service. Also very helpful was Patrick in the Woodland Hills office....he is what customer service is all about.....polite, friendly, and willing to help the client....he is a pro and will go far in his career...just like Amber!! These two are the best and are very much appreciated!!!!”

“NOTE: This review is for City Car Rental (U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer) in Santa Monica, California, which I found by reserving a truck on the U-Haul.com website. Home Depot canceled my truck reservation seven hours before I was to pick it up, so I scrambled to find an alternative. I'm glad I found this one. The shop is a little tricky to find, but it is an office on a small corner lot very close to the Ocean Park Hotel. I was able to rent a 10' box truck same-day for a slightly higher price than I might have paid at Home Depot, except U-Haul guaranteed my reservation or they said I would get $50 for the inconvenience. I checked in online before my pick-up time and provided photos of my driver's license to speed up the process. The pick-up and drop-off process was friendly and easy; it took about five to ten minutes and I was back on the road. The truck itself was as expected - clean enough but not pristine. Thanks for the great service. I highly recommend City Car Rental (U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer) on Ocean Park in Santa Monica.”
