“Aram and his team at Star West Motors are by far the best group of people I've ever received service from in most of Los Angeles. I had the worst day of my life when they helped me replace my tire at an affordable price (I am broke af son and I drive a Tesla Model S that i should be selling but alas). I was on the 101 omw to the closest DMV kiosk i found on the way home when my tired popped in the middle of the 101 highway. It was so dangerous! I was with my friend and my dog stuck there on the farthest right (slow) lane shoulder still in lane. Although i had the worst of luck there my day was made better because right of the exit of Reseda, Star West Motors were able to help. They were empathetic with the situation and took care of me. This car always needs tire work, especially with alignments. I will be coming here as long as I continue living in the Valley, and anywhere in LA.”

“If you're looking for a no frills car service place, then this is it. I was attempting to take advantage of the Memorial Day sales and get all four of my tires replaced. Big O Tires was willing to work with me on the cost which is why they got my business. They had the tires I needed in stock, advised me on my brakes and applied relevant coupons to help me get the best deal. I had quite a bit of work done and Tommy, my service manager was very polite and responsive. I dropped my car off, ran errand and picked it up a few hours later. It drives like a brand new car now.If you're looking for a no nonsense, full service car repair place, then look no further. Ask for Tommy and he'll take care of you. I give them two thumbs up.”
