I signed up and secured my unit online during the evening, by the next morning an agent called to finish the process. She even walked me through two current deals and helped me save money on what I needed. I was able to sign contracts and verify my identity all via text message.
The unit that I’m renting is at a remote location, I was able to get my unit details and lock immediately and move in by end of the week.”
“Liz in the front office is amazing! Always helpful for any need and friendly. The facility was clean and kept up. I accidentally stayed a little longer then allowed and received a friendly reminder to vacate after hrs of operation witch is understandable and lets me know they are all on top of things and keeping a close eye on my belongings.”

“Just finished my move and had the best experience. When I made the initial request, I got a call from David to go over the basic information (moving-from address to moving-to address, estimate of the size/space, etc.). He verbally provided me with pricing and then emailed me with pricing (hourly rate). They showed up right on time and were super professional and friendly. As someone who has had to do installations for companies, we chatted about delivery horror stories. But overall, they were just a pleasure to work with. Based on the standard price and the hourly rate, the cost was exactly what was discussed. For local moves (which I did), I would highly recommend.”

“My second time. Different staff but better experience. 1.) Prep before you drive, look at YouTube vids on how to drive it first. 2.) Also take a note if the gas tank is running low before you take it out the drive way.. 3.) No customer parking onsite. Prep for street parking , but very limited spots. You can try driving inside straight to near the office door. 4.) Come 15min early, i picked up at 8.16am ish depending on the line you're calculated time period for rental use may be effected. Always factor in 30min & 5 mile extra buffer on your online reservation. 5.) check in early.”
