Staff is always friendly and attentive, if I forgot to make a payment they where on top of sending reminders (they do not have auto payment which can be inconvenient if you have lots of bills) however the payment portal is easy to use & instantly updates the system which I love. Over all I highly recommend this storage facility, we never had any issues in regards to safety and location. 10/10 would use them again.”
