“I’ve been a loyal customer for many years and I went in person to upgrade my iPhone. I was dealt with so many issues trying to return my phone. Alexa was dedicated to providing the best customer service. I went to this location many times to resolve the issue, I was so impressed with Alexa’s knowledge about the issue. It was a very stressful situation for me and the help that was provided to me I can’t thank you enough.”

“I’ve been visiting T mobile stores on and off since I have had parents visiting and we need a temporary connection. I’ve always had positive experiences at the store but this one stood out.

The staff was professional, courteous l. But they helped me find a good plan on a budget and gave me the options i needed to decide quickly. Execution was quick as well. Overall can’t ask more. Thank you! ?”

“I had an excellent experience at this Verizon store today. The young lady was really professional, kind, and helpful as I switched from another provider to Verizon. She informed me of all the options, while never being pushy about upgrades and selling more.”

“I've been a MetroPCS customer for about like 10 years, and I never suffered from these types of issues.

Besides... the family plan was great, and the network functions better than before.

I'm pretty sure people are just negative, or they had such bad luck since they were first-timers, and you know, don't just expect too much or believe that easily at the start.

But when I brought my phone to activate it, it wasn't a good idea. Just don't make the same mistake as I did it, buy it from your carrier, and the strategy is to add a new line so you don't pay for full price. ?”

“This Target looks like any other Target store you've ever been to. Target is a great place to get household and personal care staples, pick up some affordable clothing (especially for the little ones who grow out of them before the clothes can wear out), do your toy shopping, and get some groceries. There is a convenient pharmacy near the front. And you can grab a snack or drink at the renovated Starbucks. This Target location was closed in late 2021 / early 2022. One thing I noticed after the 2022 reopening is that they pulled up all the carpeting. I understand this makes it so much easier for them to move displays/racks around and clean up the floor ... but it really gives the store an unfinished look because you can see where the carpet used to be. I am so happy this location re-opened. It was a real pain to find time to stop by other Target locations during the months this one was closed. This Target is located on the upper level. You walk in and have the choice of taking the elevator, the escalator, or walking up the stairs. I usually choose the stairs because there are few places in Sunnyvale that offers this opportunity. It's good exercise. One of the perks of this location is the covered parking. This is much appreciated during hot summer days and also during the few days when we are blessed with rain. The covered parking adjacent to the building is best for people with little ones in tow, since they will be completely covered between car and store entrance. There is a parking garage across the street with a bridge to access the main shopping floor, but this bridge is exposed to the elements. I highly recommend against taking the escalator going down when leaving the store. There was one visit, many years ago, when I heard a loud noise while I was checking out. When I turned to leave, I discovered what caused the noise. A woman had pushed her cart down the "people" escalator instead of pushing the cart into the "cart" escalator. So of course her cart full of all the stuff she bought went tumbling and crashing down at the bottom. The only good thing about this incident is that nobody else was standing further down the escalator ; if there had been other people on the escalator, they surely would have been injured by the full cart crashing into them. I choose to take the regular stairs down ever since this incident. Because I think people are more likely to notice regular stairs and realize they should not push their cart down the stairs. I can imagine this incident reoccurring in the future when other people get confused by the "people" escalator and the "cart" escalator.”

“Popped into the store at the end of the day to ask a quick question. Stefano T. pleasantly answered all my questions and gave me his card so I could come back with my family the next day. Today he helped my kids order high speed internet for their first apartment in a brand new building. We were all blown away by his amazing service - our family was genuinely surprised how easy and smooth the entire experience was!! Stefano is professional, friendly, resourceful, and a valuable asset to the Comcast/Xfinity store!! Highly recommend this location to all...”

“Came here because I had a replacement delivered to me by Ausrion and they couldn't even activate my phone which is pathetic. So after paying a deductible, I received my replacement but no SIM card. Came to this location and this wonderful associate, Johnny helped me with everything from activating, to answering some questions I had and recommended some accessories which I purchased. Very helpful, come here and ask for Johnny if you have any questions, he is your guy ??.”
