“Angelique provided amazing customer service. We purchased tile for our kitchen and all our bathrooms with Angelique recently. The store is not as big as some other places we went to, but they have a good selection and the service from Angelique was really a bright spot during our over 2 year remodel saga. Angelique is very friendly and patient and she had amazing response time to emails. She responded to email late in the evenings when the shop was closed, and she responded even when she was off on vacation. She even stayed late on a Friday night to enter our order so that we could get things as soon as possible. I didn't mention anything at the time, but we definitely noticed. Thanks Angelique!”
“Overall, I am pleased with the kitchen remodel. They updated a tired '80s kitchen and made it beautiful and modern.Caroline took the lead on design and after a few iterations, we got on the same page. When it finally came time for demo and construction, I got to meet Ellen and Marc. Anytime I had a question, Ellen responded with alacrity and thoroughness. Marc and the rest of the crew were great craftsmen, professional, and polite. (Marc's also got a good sense of humor. I caught Marc singing a Backstreet Boys song one day and had a good laugh with him. Ask him to sing for you.) The crew was timely in their arrivals and always left things tidy at the end of the day.That's not to say that everything in the process was smooth--there were puzzling miscommunications from time to time and minor details to fix toward the end. But, considering some horror stories I've heard from others, these small frustrations pale in comparison.”

Gridley Company made it easy and took us through the steps one at a time from start to finish. They answered all our inane, simple and crazy questions. All their employees as well as their sub-contractors were great. They were courteous and respectful as we were occupying the house as the remodel was taking place. If there was an issue it was fixed immediately. The only suggestion I would make for the clients is to make sure you go over each of the choices being selected. For example, if you are getting cabinets, consider the height, depth and width. For the tub, consider the height. Other than that, e are already taking notes for our next remodel with Gridley.”

“TL;DR Skip Home Depot. Lowe's. Just come here and get it done.
I had a faulty range hood which would cause the smoke alarms to go off all the time. I went to Home Depot and Lowe's for suggestions but hardly received any. There are just so many brands and a huge price range which was confusing.
I read up some of the reviews of pacific range hood and decided to pay them a visit. They were professional, guided me to a few options to select and that was it. Price was a bit expensive but with the installation and the convenience, it was worth it. They will swap out your old stuff and get the new one installed.
For me, the upper vent had a rectangular shape vs the circular outlet that they have on the hood. The technician noted that, rescheduled the appointment, came back with the new part and fixed everything properly.
