A couple of weeks later I had problem printing and Jose came within the hour to fix the problem at no charge because of warranty. Their attitude is “we are here to help”. “I took my 2020 Samsung Notebook 9 Pro to ClickAway for a free diagnostic repair of my broken and malfunctioning computer notebook keyboard. The IT Technician Aidan performed the necessary diagnostics and discussed the problems with me. I agreed to proceed with ordering the electronic parts which included installing a new internal keyboard and a new motherboard. This is extremely delicate work. I saw on YouTube what it involves and it's basically like doing micro-electronic surgery. IT Technician Aidan did a 100% perfect job. My Samsung notebook works like brand new again! All my data was restored and carefully encrypted. Everything was securely and professionally completed to my full satisfaction. I absolutely recommend ClickAway Campbell. “The Apple Park visitor center is pretty neat all things considered, but it wasn't quite everything I had hoped for.For a long time, I have wanted to see the new Apple campus up close. I was hoping to get a good look at it by either driving by, or going to the visitor center. Unfortunately, you just can't really get a good look at it, unless you work for Apple.The visitor center was gorgeous, don't get me wrong, but I still didn't get to see the main building hardly at all. Not even from the roof deck of the visitor center.I picked up an overpriced souvenir shirt from the shop, and got a shockingly good $5 latte from the cafe. Unfortunately though, aside from the proximity to the main Apple HQ and the cafe, the visitor center is just kind of a regular Apple Store.”

“I brought in my Acer laptop due to an extremely gnarly and hard to debug issue where it would randomly reboot. My technician Jesse over at The Cheap Squad spent many hours across 4 sessions to get it fixed. During this entire time, he was extremely communicative and helpful, letting me know all the things he was trying alongside the status of the machine. He also gave me a lot of excellent tips on how to take better care of my computer. On top of all that, he even mentioned that if he wasn't able to get it fixed, they would refund me out of good faith.I'm happy to say that my computer's healthy now, and The Cheap Squad is easily one of the best vendors I have ever worked with. I cannot recommend them enough. They clearly care so much about customer satisfaction and doing quality work. If you're having IT problems, go to them.”

“My experience at USA Best Buy was a smooth sailing, I loved the fact that unlike Apple store they have a model and sample of almost every Bose, Beats, Sony headphones I wanted to try on with competitive pricing. ie, I wanted to try Beats Solo 4 and compare it with Studio Pro which Apple store only had a model of studio Pro, also Apple was selling the Beats solo 4 for $200 wherease Best Buy was selling it for $132 (i know this price was the discounted one but even their original price was a tad cheaper than apple store).”

“From what I remember, they offer various pieces of one of a kind, limited edition, Apple merchandise that can't be purchased anywhere else in the entire world, such as hats, Apple t-Shirts, card games, carrying bags, post cards, baby clothes, and you can also get a selection of keychains in the form of AirTag (but these can be found at any Apple Store). The selection at this Apple Store changes frequently and once an item is gone, you can never get it again. There is also something for everybody's price range here!You can also visit the Infinite Loop Apple Campus (and I totally suggest this for anybody visiting the Silicon Valley area of CA), where you can find a (nearly) entirely different selection of pieces of one of a kind, limited edition, Apple merchandise, that can't be purchased anywhere else in the entire world, such as notebooks, pens, coffee cups, t-shirts, etc. Just be careful not to ever depend on finding one particular piece of merchandise, at either of these locations, as their selection changes from time to time, and stock of certain items can run low, especially during the holiday season... this is especially true regarding t-shirt sizes!Definitely check out the Infinite Loop Campus Apple Store you are in the area and you have the time! Steve Jobs literally walked around Infinite Loop Apple Campus, it's that iconic! That and you can actually walk on The Infinite Loop Apple campus and check it out up close! From what I remember, only Apple employees are permitted to be on the new Apple Park Campus. That being said, it's a must see to visit both of the Apple Campuses, if you are an Apple fan and you are visiting the Silicon Valley area! The team at the Apple Park Visitors Center is carefully selected with their knowledge of Apple as a company, their knowledge about Apple products, and their knowledge of Steve Jobs in mind, not to mention their excellent customer service skills, so you won't be disappointed by visiting the Apple Park Visitor's Center, trust me!”

“The ONLY place I buy my printer's replacement ink carts. They always have my old HP carts and newer printers too. Top feature: their prices are at least 25-33% less than computer stores. The only (minor) complaint is the parking lot fills up quickly. Great business that I highly recommend.”

“"I have over the last few years ordered quite a few hard drives and have standardized on Seagate Exos drives. Main reason is good experiences but more important 5 years of warranty. And drives do degrade over time. Now I always had services directly with Seagate so I was a bit reluctant to order from a Company that site between the OEM and me. So we had run a test at one point and found out that that SabrePC returned a replacement in less than half the time of Seagate and that gave me the confidence to order a dozen or so 16TB drives. So last week I started having issue with one of the drives (not a full failure) and returned it and after some direct interaction they shipped me a replacement. Being able to directly interact with customer support without feeling it goes into into a big backbox is a major advantage. So overall happy with the choice we made."”
