“I was told Id be getting a survey through my email but I did not receive one so I am gladly going on here to give this place the review it deserves. Five stars for sure!! We recently moved to Sunnyvale and this is the closest thing to our house. I am so glad that it is because the staff here is so friendly, they were so helpful and in the short time that I've been here I feel like I've gotten to know a few of them one-on-one. I'm so glad that this is our new bank. Thanks again to the staff for being so awesome! They were even so friendly with my one-year-old daughter that I bring him with me often. Anyways I highly recommended this bank. I feel they do not deserve two star ratings. But that is my opinion.”

“After seeing the Yelp ratings and reading the reviews, I was ready for major time waste and disappointment. I went anyways because it was the closes branch and I needed service from a human teller. Luckily, there was barely a line and a person greeted me within 2 mins to ask how they can help. The whole transaction was very cordial and helpful. They even wished me happy holidays when I walked out. Although I don't usually write Yelp reviews, I thought they earned a great one for the experience had today.”
