i tried to take my money out of my solo 401k and they said there is a restriction and they could not assist.

Staff is lack of experience and knowledge which made them not confident to make decisions. As a result, things take a long time to complete. Also, employees were talking and chatting in the receptionist area. Very unprofessional and poorly managed branch.
