“I was told Id be getting a survey through my email but I did not receive one so I am gladly going on here to give this place the review it deserves. Five stars for sure!! We recently moved to Sunnyvale and this is the closest thing to our house. I am so glad that it is because the staff here is so friendly, they were so helpful and in the short time that I've been here I feel like I've gotten to know a few of them one-on-one. I'm so glad that this is our new bank. Thanks again to the staff for being so awesome! They were even so friendly with my one-year-old daughter that I bring him with me often. Anyways I highly recommended this bank. I feel they do not deserve two star ratings. But that is my opinion.”

“I'd like to give the local branch of PNC Bank an "A" for Effort. They are a small bank, but they try harder!Today, Rosemary helped me for almost 2 hours to set up a CD from funds in my account there. It was more complicated than we had anticipated due to being a joint account, but she stuck with it, even though she was new on the job, and found me the answers I needed. It required two calls to the Back Office, but we eventually simplified things and got the job done all in the same day. Thank you so much, Rosemary, for your patience and working with me today over your lunch hour. Thank you also for your perseverance. “I had an incredible experience with the Citibank team on El Camino Real in Sunnyvale, CA. First, I am not a Citibank customer besides having a Costco Citibank Visa. I went to the ECR Sunnyvale branch attempting to get a cash advance using my Costco Citibank Visa. James Havard was the person helping me and he was so nice, professional, and truly wanted to make sure I was happy with his service. Because of the way Costco dictates the cash balance on the cards, I was unable to use that card. Martine, another banker there, reminded me that I can get a cash advance at any bank no matter which card I was using. These gentlemen really know what customer service is about and were genuinely happy to go the extra mile to ensure my business was completed to my satisfaction. “After seeing the Yelp ratings and reading the reviews, I was ready for major time waste and disappointment. I went anyways because it was the closes branch and I needed service from a human teller. Luckily, there was barely a line and a person greeted me within 2 mins to ask how they can help. The whole transaction was very cordial and helpful. They even wished me happy holidays when I walked out. Although I don't usually write Yelp reviews, I thought they earned a great one for the experience had today.”
