“We apologize for the hours being wrong on several sites. The owner was just made aware that our store hours are listed incorrectly and different from one sight to another. Please call the store for hours as we are updating the pages as we discover the incorrect listings. On another note, we often stay open late to accommodate our customers. So give us a call at 818-365.3902.”

“One of my absolute favorites! I’m a second hand, thrifting, vintage lover. This shop is conveniently located by the 405 and 101 and always has parking. Really great stuff, especially house goods and cool vintage clothes. I decorated my wedding with thrifted dishes, glassware, cake holder, etc. I got some great pieces here and a cute brown leather belt. I have also donated my gently used items here. I’m an animal lover so I really love that it’s for animals! ???”

“What a great organization. I went to a meeting which was outstanding. The food, the music and company was delightful. The thrift shop has nice items at inexpensive prices. I plan on volunteering to the group in some way as it is extremely positive. I will become a member. I really like this organization and look forward to knowing more about it.”

“I got a hat for hiking with a chin strap that would be good for the zoo too. I also saw some ladies hats that would be good for poolside this summer. All hats are $5.00. So much cheaper than if you bought on vacation. They get different stuff in the store all the time.”

“Stopped here while on vacation and found some good books to bring home. Space is packed so it makes it pretty small in here (and busy!) Prices were so-so and selection goes fast. Staff was very friendly - they've got good stuff!”

“My favorite Goodwill store. I have found the best items, including entertainment-related clothing and items, great appliances, toys and household items. Best selection and prices, too.”

“I pop in to Out of the Closet at least once a week, and I have been delighted on many occasions by the product selection. The store is organized and merchandised well, the staff is very friendly, and 4/5 times I visit, I find something completely unexpected!”

3.8 Good45 Reviews

“This place used to have decent stuff at a slightly high price. I used to buy $50 a week ,easy. NoW its full of overpriced Old Lady clothes and Art at $50 up(no worries its free outside back door every 2 weeks cause no one buys) if you happen to find an actual vintage item its Twice the price as OnLine. Honestly, MOVING IN WRONG DIRECTION, Unless goal is to sell items to their volunteers... :/”

“Very affordable thrift store for a fabulous cause! Got a few designer tops for $4 each & some libbey wine glasses for $5They take donations through the back of the business and they have two parking spots to unload your donations.Parking is available via street parking. No permits required. They have a lot of merchandise for such a small location.Staff is extremely sweet and you can tell they are all there for give back to the community.Keep up the great work everyone!”

“Updated! Great experience, easy drop off. I still prefer Salvation Army in Canoga park which has a drive thru donation line and lots of staff to help with unloaded, but if this location is better for you it is definitely good too. Thank you!”

“This place is awesome. It’s a thrift store but also rents U-hauls!One of the kindest owners I have ever dealt with and he really helped with a rental truck us after the Budget down the street gave away our reservation. I highly recommend checking them out!”

“3 stars because it's just super dirty in general , I feel like you need gloves and a mask but I give it 4 stars because you will find the best most unique things here”

“I love all the out of the closet locations so it's hard to pick a favorite but this might be it. (The weho used to be but things change, it's still my second fav) Reasoning: they have items in usually the best condition(Atwater location has the worst, most things are worn but they do get good inventory as well) & it's more lowkey here. Spacious and low lit lighting. Doesn't really get packed unless there's a sale. There's always hidden gems and I find the pricing to be fair - and they don't mark things crazily like the weho & East Hollywood ones do sometimes. Super festive during the holidays! They always decorate the store especially on Halloween and Christmas. Parking is awkward as to get here you'd have to enter through a one way street full of industrial companies with trucks taking a lot of the street parking. It's usually not a problem to find a spot however on street cleaning hours you might have to walk a bit. Overall, excellent condition items with fair pricing and friendly staff. Worth coming to!”

“I found this place while donating old clothing at the Discovery Burbank Location. I went in to browse and found some cute little thinks for my dog - brand new down bowls and a large crate for my rescue pets. Very organized, clean, affordable prices and a great way to recycle/reused things for a good cause.”

“As I am handicapped, I can only get to Donation center when I have a passenger in my car to take my donation bags inside from the trunk of my car..It was accomplished quickly and easily and my friend stated inside process was simple and folks were helpful. In and out within 10 minutes or so. Thank you!!”

“This place is truly a hidden gem. My girlfriend and I started coming a year ago and stop by every few weeks to donate or shop around. Staff is very kind. They have clothing, cassettes, CDs, books, art, trinkets, accessories, silverware, etc. There is a small dressing room to try on clothing and everything is reasonably priced. Even if you don’t end up purchasing anything, it’s always fun to poke around. Plus, proceeds benefit the Hollywood Sunset Free Clinic.”

“Negatives: Unfortunately, it is not located in the best of areas. I had an uncomfortable encounter with someone shopping there who gave me attitude for no reason. Positives: They are extremely organized and fortunately the clothes is categorized by size, which makes it so much easier to look through. I noticed most of the clothes is Shein and Forever 21 but perhaps I just came on the wrong day. Also, the staff is very friendly. This Goodwill is relatively new which is probably why the store front is clean.Overall, this is a pretty good Goodwill to go shopping in and I recommend it.”

“During my visit to California, I stumbled upon a gem of a Goodwill store that exceeded all expectations. The selection of brand name clothing was impressive, and I happily snagged a couple of pairs of jeans and some cozy turtleneck sweaters to bring back to Chicago. What sets this Goodwill apart is not only the quality and affordability of their items but also the genuinely friendly staff. Their assistance and positive attitude made the shopping experience even more enjoyable. The reasonable prices combined with a diverse array of brand-name treasures make this Goodwill a must-visit for any thrifting enthusiast. Whether you're a local or just passing through, this store is a testament to the hidden gems one can find in thrift shopping. Five stars for a memorable and rewarding shopping spree!”

“Best. Go to the back of the lot for donation center. Not in same lot as honda center but right before you get into the goodwill turn into that lot it's in the back.”

“Have never been to this out of the closet before. Will continue to support this store because of the amazing customer service I received from the cashier Alyssa. No one has ever explained the points system to me before and I've been shopping here for years. She made me feel important and also suggested I picked up some other items that would suit my style.”
