“Just had a great buying experience at Pacific Jewelry & Loans. I popped in one day, just to browse their upmarket watches. There was one that caught my eye, but I wasn’t prepared to spend the money on the spot. It was a no-pressure experience, but I did come back a few days later to make a deal. Tommy was the associate who helped me. He was friendly and approachable. He answered all my questions, and ended up giving me a very fair price. Tommy gives excellent customer service and I trust him. This shop is first class and I will definitely be back again. Conveniently located on Santa Monica in West Hollywood, across from Plummer Park.”

As a first time coin/gold/silver customer you can not hope to find a more experienced, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly purveyor than Paul Albarian. As many reviewers noted, I was able to Google search him and walk in the same day. His reception area is welcoming and staffed with friendly people. He was able to see me within 5 minutes and even evaluated the coin/gold/silver I brought right in front of me. Paul was the consummate gentleman and educated me on what I had as well. Instead of urging me to sell or save or other, he gave me options and indicated which he could help me with. His expertise and professionalism made me trust his word, but his ability to make me feel comfortable made me do business with him. “This place is absolutely amazing! Where do I begin, I often reflect back on early episodes of Pawn Stars, and I never thought that I would have the opportunity to visit the shop. I must admit that it is smaller than what I had thought, but nonetheless, I’m truly impressed a few blocks away from this location seems a little sketchy and I’m putting that mildly. For those that have never seen the show, I’m sure that it would not have the same appeal.”
