My fiance's father had passed away earlier that year, and I wanted to get a memorable gift that would last a lifetime and that would remind him of his father each day. Bruce and Zeda helped me create the badge exactly how I wanted it, and ensured to keep in contact with me while it was being made and through shipping. They worked so incredibly hard to get it to me by Christmas, and I can't thank them enough for that. I knew that I would need the ring cut off my finger due to how tight it had become. I also knew I would need an expert craftsman to get it repaired. I decided to entrust Georgiano with this job and he not only carefully cut the ring off my finger at his shop but then enlarged it a full size with such care and expert craftsmanship that you would never know it wasn't originally a size 5 ring. My band is encrusted with tiny diamonds and he took such care with it. As you can imagine, I have worn this ring on my finger for many decades without ever removing it and so naturally, I was very nervous about altering it in any way, but am happy to say that Georgiano surpassed my expectations with his artistry.
