Sonia was given two hours to set an appointment with me and get up to speed on the situation. When I arrived with my client, on a time crunch, she was already on top of it and in less than 30 min (mostly due to phone customer service being slow) it was resolved. This branch had me worried this would not be done in a timely and professional manner, but I am happy to say Sonia Lopez handled it with utmost professionalism and speed. “This is the best B of A because of the manager. If you had any understanding on how establishments distribute hours, you would know why there's not enough tellers to help you. The manager is the sweetest and she always acknowledges customers as they walk in. Here's an idea, why don't ya'll download the app and do your deposits and whatnot on your phone ? Technology ladies and gentleman, it's amazing ! TL; DR ?: the manager is the sweetest. Yes there's long lines but that's cos hours are hours and people don't understand how apps work.”

They are always friendly, attentive and ensure you are satisfied before you bank and or leave.
I have never seen another BOA manager that works in the customer facing area, usually managers are behind the glass.
That is an absolutely wonderful thing and I appreciate his management style, BOA should as well.
