“I have been a Verizon consumer for 28 years and I am beyond happy I switched. I received the best customer service I have had in a very long time. We were helped by Jonathan, the manager and Juan. Professional, friendly and very willing to help. I went in 4 times and not one time did I feel like I was bothering them. They did not even have air on them because it was out and it was so hot, yet they went out of their way to help us. So far, I am happy I made the switch. I highly recommend this location!!”

“First 5 stars alone for being in a huge parking lot where you didn't have to fight for parking. Second, walking in, no line, no wait were also huge bonuses. BUT in all honestly, the main factor for this well deserved 5 star review is definitely your employee, Chris. We have never been to this location before and I'm kicking myself for that. He was so helpful, so patient, so kind and just very in-tune with what we were asking help with. He didn't give up until exhausting every single option while answering questions like a saint. We were in and out lickety split which we super appreciated, thanks Chris! I'd love to know which location he's moving over to so we can exclusively see him for all our phone needs!”

“Mateo is a rock STAR ⭐️. New cell provider issues since moved from VZN back to Spectrum. Was stuck in Los Angeles with no decent function to my cell bc had SIM “issues”. THAT was scary ? lol ?. (Mateo knows) … He troubleshot the problem quickly and efficiently. Best personality! He’s professional, personable, patient and just an overall wonderful team member for Spectrum. “Always professional... and curtious... but can never really explain why my bill is always different, oh well the computer doesnt tell us certain things with your account.. yada yada... I don't charge things to this account.... It's fastest internet, 3 box "rentals", the cable tv, (some certain "package"), router rental... its all the same stuff it always is, but, for 6 months or so... it keeps being more n more n more... no one can easily, and clearly just tell me, a + b = c. For the longest time... it stay right at 175.00 give or take... but now its over 220...? 220 for some tv and internet...? But can't "really" tell me why.. it's frustrating and becoming bothersome. As i said, everyone there is professional and curtious... but seem to get to "my hands are tied", real quick.”
