He took time to print our directions on how to set-up and navigate the App on our TV. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and wanted to be sure we were comfortable with all the info he gave us. He even gave us his cell number if we had any questions--which we did, and he answered them in such a friendly manner. Jesus went above and beyond in customer service. “Perhaps too good. A friend had her site hacked with spam blog entries. After setting up their firewall and cleaning up the site it didn't happen again. The once major concern became a distant memory. Upon renewal time she decided she didn't need to spend the money. Since it was originally charged on my credit card, the auto renewal charge needed to be reversed. Honestly it took some patience to rely on their online ticket support but they came through in the end. My friend may likely end up back where she started but that has zero to do with Sucuri.
