The once major concern became a distant memory. Upon renewal time she decided she didn't need to spend the money. Since it was originally charged on my credit card, the auto renewal charge needed to be reversed. Honestly it took some patience to rely on their online ticket support but they came through in the end. My friend may likely end up back where she started but that has zero to do with Sucuri.
