“Hats off to this shop. I had this intermittent noise in my car that two other mechanic shops couldn’t locate the cause. I made an appointment (neighbor referral) with German Car Service and Repair for B service and explained the noise. They advised upfront that it is sometimes hard to detect intermittent noises. They called to advise the car was ready and they found where the noise may have been coming from. I have been driving for 5 days and no noise. Evidently the prior mechanic shops didn’t have the expertise to know what to look for. When you walk away from an experience feeling heard and cared for is just the best. Oh yeah, very fair price.”
“I came in on the request of my wife who while we were out looking for a place who can install a new clutch, flywheel and bearings for a 2014 Camaro that I already purchased saw this place as we were returning from another shop I will not name who would not do the work unless I purchased the parts from them. We stopped in and immediately, there was a friendly vide. Everyone was so personable but I want to give a special thanks to Anthony who was absolutely amazing. “My Jeep started shaking really hard one day and I called Moorhead for help. They diagnosed the problem and in their safety check uncovered a couple of other issues that needed attention. After I was told everything that was wrong, I half expected a quote for thousands of dollars. Happily, the quote was very reasonable.
