I purchased my rack off of Amazon, and I was really impressed with the ease of installation and the overall quality of the product. Super happy with my purchase. Go with Ultra if you want a cool wine rack that shows off your wine's labels!

Absolutely HORRIBLE service and worse product. Wine cellar cooling unit failed after 6 weeks operation and absolutely NO attempt to provide service/warranty. Run a mile. These people should NOT be in business. Whisperkool brand - unit fails - do not EVER purchase this.
