“Customer service is great. All the inventory is neatly setup and I appreciated that it was not overly cluttered. Inventory varies but they have a little bit of everything; so everyone in your party will surely find something they like. Some furniture is new, other is used but the price signs inform you exactly what you are buying. Inspect items thoroughly as I learned that the hard way with a side table I purchased. Seems like the previously used items usually have some defect and I didn't notice until I was unloading at home. Other than that, I love this place.”

You can try the clothing before you check out which is good that way you don't have to go back unless you want to and you will!! Flower base I used it for my cempasúchil plant fir my altar and before that for an event decoration, very happy with this purchase along with a rice cacerola and a olla de frijoles. A cántaro for my every day drinking water, small salsas platers and wooden spoons. Overall very satisfied with everything we purchased. Definitely going again.”

“I love this Joanns, they have a great selection and the sales associates are very helpful. BUT why oh why is the bathroom always so gross? I always go right when they open in the morning so I feel like it should be clean, right? No soap, toilet is gross, floor is gross, graffiti, full trash, etc. I'm attaching a pic of the vent on the ceiling because it's so bad it's almost comical.”
