“Only pharmacy I will ever use. I had to go to a different pharmacy because it was late at night and it was terrible. I immediately went back to this Pharmacy that I always go to and they got the inhaler I needed covered by my insurance immediately. They are absolutely amazing.”
“BJRX Pharmacy was were my took my kids for their COVID shots. They seemed very organized and had multiple time slots to get vaccinated. The only issues I had was trying to get the State of California's digital card, which I am still working on and the other issue was if your the first appointment, than they are still setting up during your time slot. It wasn't bad. I appreciated their flexible schedules.”

“Super pleased with the services provided here. I recently had to switch from Walgreens because of insurance reasons and I have to say I'm happy with this change. Walgreens they are very rude! NOT here, my first visit went in person, he was very helpful and kind. My second visit was in the drive through because I was sick and the gentleman was very helpful, kind and understanding of my situation. He helped make the process very smooth and easy for me. So if you need a good pharmacy then this could be the place. Thanks again CVS you're the best!!!”

“My elderly mother has been having issues with her Medicaid, resulting in a lapse in coverage. As a retired teacher, she is struggling to make ends meet. After Rite Aid closed, it has been a challenge to find a new pharmacy, but we have switched to Safeway. Due to the lapse in coverage, she has been paying out of pocket for her prescriptions, and we recently started using GoodRx coupons.
Today, on June 30, 2025, the woman who helped us at the drive-up pharmacy was incredibly kind and patient. I drive my mother and advocate for her, which takes time and can sometimes be frustrating, but it is unavoidable. Despite this, the pharmacy staff remained calm and professional, which was greatly appreciated. In contrast, the customer behind us chose to park next to us to express her frustration about waiting. This experience highlighted the importance of kindness and understanding in difficult situations.”

“Getting my rx refills is as easy as calling the 24 hr phone number and entering my rx refill number on my medicine bottle then they text me to let me know I can come and get it or have it delivered.Denise the clerk is always very helpful and goes out of her way to help me and always greets me by name.When my Drs office forgets to send something or I need authorization the employees stay on top of what needs to be done.I also have to say the pharmacist also stay on top of my rx,s and take time to phone me to make sure Im ok and to review how I am taking my meds and to remind me my flu shot is due. How great is that? I am a Sr and I appreciate the extra mile Rite Aide pharmacy goes to be a team that keeps me safe. 5 stars well deserved.Thank you to everyone at Rite Aide, your store is number one.”
“If you want help getting the right cough syrup for sick kiddo at home or the right remedy for upset stomach..... A real pharmacist will come from behind counter & HELP you. Rite Aid & Walgreens don't consult for over-the-counter sales. Great service, refills filled quickly & only live people on phones.”
“I haven’t been to this store in years. I stopped in to get an ice cream cone, the best! There were two cashiers when I walked in, they both smiled at me and asked could they help me. I asked where the ice cream was and to use the ladies room to wash my hands. The ladies were friendly and had great attitudes, old time customer service.”

“Today I had an issue with my delivery driver not notifying me that they were outside for me to sign. I’ve always had an excellent experience with Walmart delivery drivers. However, today was my first incident and I couldn’t get my food delivered.
I reached out to Walmart online delivery through their phone number and I was so lucky to find a young lady with excellent Customer Service skills. Melanie from the March Lane Neighborhood Market Walmart did an excellent job finding my order, taking my information down, calling me back, and getting my delivery rescheduled. Once again, thank you Melanie for providing excellent customer service to a total stranger and being so patient and informational with my needs and requests. I really do appreciate it. Keep up the good work!”

“Service has really picked up! Again, the staff at March Lane have been gracious and helpful. The scale of the Walgreens organization just makes the Rx experience slow and painful at times. “Pacific Compounding Pharmacy has served me very well for probably almost a year now. There doesn't seem to be too many options to fill my specific prescription in California, not within over an hour drive for me, but they're usually able to fill it and ship it to me within 1-3 days of receiving it from my doctor, overnighting it for a reasonable extra charge. I'm not familiar with their broader selection, but they had what I needed and their website will offer more insight into the other compounded medicines they offer! Thanks Donald! - Natalia, Juana, & Gina (And others whose names don't immediately come to mind!) Edit: I forgot to mention, they also offered my prescription between $20-50$ cheaper than the other three pharmacies I reached out to when comparing pharmacies.”
