The Ace associate recommended another brand, I used it and it was clear within 15 minutes. It was really strong stuff but the associate went over safety precautions so I was prepared. I really feel that I saved $200 by not having to call a plumber.Very happy with the service and help I received. Will definitely be back.”

I love the hand tools, power tools, safety equipment, paint supplies, etc. I always check if harbor freight has it before going to the big hardware stores ..just in case, plus you never know when you're going to need a metal detector and machete.”

I use the Lowes app, so I know exactly what I need, what aisle, and the section it's in. So I hardly need help from the staff. But the staff are always friendly and welcoming every time I'm in there.”

There are people offered to help and an employee immediately call the saw station and arranged a guy to saw them and the guy sawed the plywood is so friendly and happy to help.”

“I have to give the guys in the flooring department credit. We made a large number of pallet purchases of some vinyl flooring and it took a while for them to get the forklift. Once they got there, including a kid with a flag to warn people that there's a moving forklift, some idiot customer literally walked up to the kid operating the lift crying about how he can't find stereo wire. The kid with the flag and the forklift operator politely redirected the idiot customer who then went on a tirade about how the store sucks and never has enough staff. So then he pouts and leaves. Then they finished with my pallet purchase being very careful despite the idiot customer continually coming back, interfering with the forklift operator and crying about stupid stereo wire. Memo to idiot customers. I know this is Stockton and most of you have brains that are fried, but a moving forklift with a flag person and the lift with almost 1000 lbs of flooring? Might not be the best thing to run up to it asking a stupid question that another employee who's not working a dangerous vehicle can answer. The forklift guy and flag person were utmost professionals in the face of sheer stupidity.”
