“A minor inconvenience with a ship to store order had potential to be a headache to resolve but ended up being easy peasy to thanks to each associate I spoke with, especially Mr. Haney and his boss, whom I believe was the manager. (I'm sorry I forgot his name.) Upon initial pick up, the gentleman who walked my order to the car was helpful and kind as well. Another name I forgot to grab and I do apologize as he deserves recognition for his customer service. When it came to resolving the remaining part of my order, Mr. Haney was extremely kind, personable and helpful. I feel he went above and beyond to not only resolve the issue but did so in a quick and timely manner all while making me feel valued as a customer. Thank you!”

“Was looking for specific items on my Christmas list. There were two people who despite being on their way to do something else, stopped and helped me find what I was looking for. One helped place items onto the pile of things I was already carrying in a way so they wouldn't fall. The other looked on her handheld to see if they carried large gift sacks in store. Since they didn't, and I wasn't interested in buying online, she offered some places I could try shopping for them. Nice when people aren't just trying to push sales in their store only. She was just trying to help me find what I needed. This is why I like shopping here. They try and help their customers find what they are looking for- even when it's not at their store. True customer service!”

“Thank you, Scott! Came into the garden department for some large bags of potting soil. The young man saw me checking out and jumped in to offer to assist with loading them into my vehicle! Without hesitation, he waited for me as I paid and pushed the basket with the large bags in it. I truly appreciate not having to seek out the help! Thank you for being so helpful and courteous, Scott!!! I pointed out to him that it was extremely nice to be offered and received the help. He assured me that if I kept coming in when he was on duty, he would ensure his assistance everytime!!!!!”

“This is by far the best Hardware/Home Improvement store in the area. The employees here are always friendly and helpful and seem to have a lot of knowledge. They also have a lot of people working so you hardly ever have to wait to be helped. I love that you can get small single items for projects here without having to buy big packages of extra things you don't need. For a small store, they have a really good selection. The prices are a bit higher here and the selection of larger items for projects (like wood) is very limited but the convenience and ease of use of the store more than make up for that. This will continue to be the first place I go whenever I need something for a project.”
