Several of the members came to me to confirm where they could buy this chicken. I am sure we will do this again!”
“Best credit union out of them all. I had Golden 1 for five years until unfortunately my account was closed for being overdrawn at no fault of my own. At that time, times were hard and I only made about $250 a week at my job. I couldn't afford to drive my car that's how bad it was! I had a couple of bills that I forgot to cancel so they overdrew my account and I just didn't have the means to cover the funds. But I love this bank and will be coming back again one day.”

“Wow, super Great team that they have at this Branch. I went to deposit a check made out to me and Lexus Financial from progressive insurance on an insurance claim after being denied at another Bank of America Branch (March Lane Plaza). The other branch made it seem as if I was committing fraud. They wouldn't accept the check because it was endorsed from Toyota Motor Credit (my financing company owner) and not Lexus financial but what I kept saying is that Lexus is owned by Toyota as Acura Financial is owned by American Honda Credit (Honda). It was like I was talking to a child. Even went up to speak to their branch manager. They remembered me from last time which was the worst of it all when I went to deposit the check from my insurance but because I'm still financing they made it out to me and my finance company so I needed to have it endorsed by the Finance company which I didn't so they called me back told me to pick up the check because it not was endorsed. No problem, took it back paid $30 to overnight the check to get endorsed. Waited nearly 2 weeks for the check to come back to me but this time endorsed ready for deposit. Went back to the March lane branch and they said they couldn't deposit because of the finance company mistakenly endorsed it as Toyota and not Lexus. Mind you after explaining everything for over an hour they would not overturn their decision to not deposit the check. Also, they almost missed an endorsement stamp the first time I went as I had already got a receipt for my deposit and they called me back later. So something they are doing is wrong. However, after leaving unsatisfied with their service I came to the Benjamin Holt location. They did their due diligence and verified the check was in fact valid. They even went as far as checking it with the manager or branch manager. I was out within minutes. No hassle. No headache. Very easy streamline process they have here. Very professional, organized, and thorough with what they do here. These people deserve raises and promotions at the Benjamin Holt Branch. Maybe a few of them should go be branch manager at the March lane branch so they can properly show and train their staff to be competent and professional. Also, as I was leaving one of the managers who was not dealing with me, I would assume the one that ok'd my deposit, said "Have a great day Erik". I stood frozen caught off guard as to how caring they are with their clients and how they make you feel like a friend not a customer. It was almost as if I knew them for years but this is the first time I interacted with them. They make your banking experience feel personable. I replied "thank you, you as well". Keep up the great work Benjamin Holt Branch team. I wish you many raised and promotions to come. I can't thank you enough!”

“Awesome service, the lines are long but I have no issue waiting. They have ALL teller windows active. If one is going on break another window opens up. You can tell the manager knows how to run the branch with the heavy amount of customers they get.Even the security guard helps you out, he will speak with the tellers & managers, helps the disabled.I live on Morada & drive to Pacific just for the service.Very rare that the ATM’s don’t work at this location, if there’s an issue at the ATM, they’re on it!Things are sterile, always smells wiped down, I have no idea how they have the time to do it.I was dealing with my mothers estate account, they broke all information down in basic jargon terms so I could understand & they would not let me walk out of the door until ALL documents were received, they didn’t care if took 30 mins, they asked us to wait to make sure everything was done correct & properly, I waited with no problem!The communication is excellent, I had to deal with a notary, she had a customer that was taking longer than expected, I will assume she was the manager that approached us, blonde with glasses, she went & got another notary from wherever she pulled her from, our appointment was NOT delayed & she helped us with everything, the notary’s name is Cecelia!Don’t trip off the lines, trip off of the service.That’s the reason why the lines are so long with all teller windows open, they treat people RIGHT!!!”
