“I love the convenience of these machines! If you don't want to pay the counting fee you can choose from several gift cards. I typically pay the fee and go to a cash register to get my cash. The icon on the map makes it look like the machine is outside but it's inside and on the right wall of the store.”

“Surprised at the negative reviews. Been with the Manteca branch since 2013. No issues to note. Over those years, tellers have been friendly and provided excellent customer service. Only sometimes challenge is parking, but a spot usually opens up after a short time. Had a CD there few years ago at a decent interest rate. Once expired, cashed it in with zero problems. Even during the Pandemic shutdown, this branch, except for about 10 days was reliable. That 10 days shutdown was because many of the employees were exposed to Covid - customer/employee health was in front of bank profits - as it should be. Other banks had same problem BTW. Also had an account at Union Bank then located at SaveMart in Modesto. That branch was shutdown and never reopened leaving only the main branch downtown Modesto. Due to distance, closed that account.”

“Although they didn't have the Gold peak tea that I was looking for and I couldn't get a Powerball just yet it was too early the cashier inside is an angel I dropped $20 outside somewhere I was gone for 15 minutes I called them he went outside he found my money and gave it back to me bless his heart”

“This is a ATM .TWO Machines that are built into the building. there is NO BRANCH OFFICE to walk into. The lighting iis ok but could be MUCH BETTER if they turned on the lights that are already mounted on the roof overlooking the parking lot.”

“It's a good ATM. You can deposit multiple checks at one time or multiple bills of cash at once, real time saver over the way it used to be. I don't know the maximum amount of cash you can withdraw, but I have pulled out as much as $400. The reason I only give four stars is it won't let you have $50 bills like some machines.”

“The bank usually only has 2 employees visible at any given time. I've never seen more than that so it tends to take a while in line. But when you do make it to the window you get great customer service. Every encounter I've had was very pleasant. The tellers are very nice and get you through your transaction as quickly as they can. It's not their fault there are usually only 1-2 of them working windows. The ATM is super slow but that seems to be an issue with all US Bank atms.”

“I would like to thank the branch manager, Tanya Freeman for helping me with my mother's account. I went into the branch about a month ago and wasn't able to close my mother's account due to protests happening that day. However, Tanya made a simple suggestion that I make an appointment the next time I was in town. I did and was able to complete my transactions quickly and efficiently. Tanya and one of the employees, I didn't get her name, was able to help me without issue. Thank you for your great customer service!”

“I love this store. The staff are always friendly! I was dancing through an isle one time and one employee was laughing and started dancing with me while sweeping. So, anyone who says customer service is not on par is lying or a Karen. Deli food is amazing and it's always super clean in the store. We won't mention the bathrooms”

“Like everyone else I go to Yelp to read reviews about businesses or restaurants. I read reviews about this BofA branch and was very hesitant about opening up a new checking and savings account. I came in at 3:35 pm without a line. Security told me to go straight to the information stand. There I met Denisse G. Relationship Manager at the branch! She explained how the branch was closing in 20 minutes but could schedule an appointment for me the next day. She was able to get all my banking needs done within 30-45 min (included teller check deposit and withdrawal)! She was very competent, understanding and friendly! One thing I can say for sure is there is a lot of foot traffic at this branch. With this pandemic lines look to be longer than usual. However, from what I can gather a lot of these in-bank transactions could actually be done via mobile app or online. If you don't need to go into the bank then don't. Use your resources like online banking folks!”
