“Amazing service at this location. No joke, I was very happy with the staff, especially Martin !! He’s da man ! See him if you need anything. He helped me out, answered all my questions throughly. Even brought in my mom to see him for an iPhone upgrade and he hooked her up and helped her up. She needed more help due to her elderly age. “The best experience I have ever had with a Tmobile store was at this location. I came in to cancel my service because it was just becoming to expensive for me. I was helped out by Albert and he was able to help me not only lower my bill but I also found out I eligible for a new phone and would get a huge discount if I traded in my old one! So I ended up with a cheaper monthly payment on my phone plan and a brand new phone! The entire experience was easy and he explained everything about the new plan and all the changes we made and what the new payment I should expect to see each month was. He was absolutely phenomenal at his job and made a simple transaction into a memorable experience. If you need to shop in store this is the place to go!”
