“While not a corporate branch, this Verizon location adequately fulfilled our needs. My friend, husband, and I visited this establishment to upgrade our phones and to add a new line. Natalie, a representative at the store, assisted us. Her approach was kind, patient, and informative, which made the process smooth and efficient. She managed to add my friend's line, transfer her number, and merge it into our account in less than an hour. Although our new phone had to be shipped to the store, Natalie informed us about the shipping details and pickup times. Her remarkable memory of our order was demonstrated when she recognized us upon our return the next day, having prepared our phone order in advance. Additionally, she skillfully assisted my husband in transferring all his data to the new phone. It's important to note the presence of two other male employees during our visits. Unfortunately, they seemed indifferent and did not offer assistance; instead, they continued with their current customers. In stark contrast, Natalie immediately acknowledged our presence, informed us of a short wait, and assured us she would attend to us as soon as possible. Her friendliness and warmth stood out, making our experience much more pleasant. While we didn't purchase accessories, the store had various items available for multiple phone models. However, the lack of listed prices made it difficult to assess the value of these accessories. Overall, this location managed to meet our needs primarily due to Natalie's diligent work. For anyone planning a visit, I recommend asking Natalie to ensure you receive the best possible service.”

“Joselyn helped my wife and I , and she is absolutely amazing!! We had an issue with a credit on a trade in not being credited to our account and she found the problem very quickly and she had to help the corporate center with the details because they couldn’t find it by themselves. Joselyn really cares about the Verizon customers and she goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone has a positive experience at this location.”

“I went in for 2 different issues on 2 separate occasions one for losing my phone and two, I forward my text messages from my personal phone to my work phone accidently. Indeed Faizan the tmobile associate helped me so much, and should be given an employee award. Faizan you’re the man! Thank you for your chill vibe and caring demeanor. “Thank you to Heber and Carie!! They managed to meet the needs of our multi-generation family and were incredibly efficient throughout the entire process; we started Escrow May 2 and closed May 27. We anticipated delays in this current market, but we had none during the entire loan process (thank you for letting us interrupt your scheduled vacation). “***NEW OWNERS!!!*** Here's my story, My screen cracked on my phone, apple wanted $250, these guys wanted way way less. So I went to these guys, and man am I impressed! They gave me the exact glass I needed on my phone as opposed to these other places giving a knock off, or not the correct one. The work was quick and easy. And they told me if I ever had an issue or questions I could always come back and they could look at my phone to verify my glass. Is still in good condition. To me, that is pretty damn good customer service. I've gone to this place before and have noticed it's under COMPLETELY NEW OWNERSHIP., Yes there is a few bad reviews, but those are not for this new owner at all. The customer service is immaculate!!! Give them a try, they are the guys you want to deal with.”

“Ok, time for one more update. Support made one more contact with me. They sent a postage paid mailing label to send back the 3-in-1 charger for testing and they also refunded me for my purchase. While I was happy with that, they next went the extra mile by sending me a new wireless charger! This charger works exactly as advertised and I am extremely happy with it. That was very nice of them. Thank you!”

“With the major outage due to the tower in Santa Clarita your new home, Valencia, being damaged, Blad and Elisa were super calm and helpful. There was a large group of people outside, waiting for the store to open and they were just all up in arms. Elisa let everybody know that there wasn't anything they can do walked them through what to do to try to make their phones work with Wi-Fi. but my phone needed to have the eSIM card reactivated because the customer service on the phone deactivated it and couldn't do it remotely. Blad was super got my phone working so I was able to get access. My father is in the hospital and I was a wreck, but he helped me through it calmly, and now it works and I can be in touch with him. These two are truly amazing and great employees. Please make sure their manager Bo is aware of how wonderful they were and are.”

“This review if for the drive up pick up. The location of the drive up pick up at this store is a lot easier than the Valencia location because they have the space for it. The wait time is pretty good too. There have been times when I have placed an order on the app and it was ready before the 2 hours they say it usually takes.”

“This is my Walmart now and I have to say this Store is organized and staff is always busy putting out new stock and making sure is clean Anne was busy but I asked her for help and she didn't hesitate She smiled and said how can I help ? “Initially I gave a 1 review with some choice words. You can see below. I have since changed my review and my mind since David and Spencer came to my house. I was having issues with my tv and David originally came out last Friday. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part that had to be replaced and came back today with Spencer. These men did a great job!!! Fixed the issue quickly and worked clean. And they were great company while they were working. This is the service every company should expect from their team. Thank you gentlemen! I am very happy with the service I received. (Original 1review) Incompetence at its worst!!!! 30 employees and 4 brain cells between them. Radio shack was even better than these thumb tacks.”
