“Every time I've come to this location they have always been super friendly. I walked in last week during lunch hour and didn't have to wait in line as no one was in the bank, which was nice as I got helped right away. There is even a greeter that will welcome you in and say goodbye as you leave, and if you have any questions just walk up front and they can help you with what you need relatively quick. Also this location is in a shopping mall with plenty of parking.”
“I love this credit union. You only need $1 to join. I have been a member for almost two years now and they never have long lines or give you problems about cashing a check, etc. Most of the time when you cash a check and leave it in your account is immediately available The manager and his staff are very kind and professional. They have great interest rates on loans, bonds, RVs, houses, checking accounts, and savings. Easy free parking. I am glad I became a member. Notes: The best thing about this credit union they have a restroom for customers. Most banks do not have restrooms for customers. This gives them a big plus :)”

“I came to this bank a couple of days because I had a few questions and needed financial help. I have been a client in Logix for a few months now but second time personally going to the Porter Ranch office. Adam assisted me with everything I needed and all my questions were answered. I usually don't write out reviews but I feel that Adam needs this review. Very knowledgeable ,helpful, very professional. He had so much patience in assisting me with all the question I had and the whole time he was friendly. The only person there who seems that care about the clients. Sadly I won't be going to this location so often since I recently moved cities.”

The tellers were wonderful and Divan Zuniga was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all my questions and I took his information down in case we do business in a few weeks time. As a member for well over 30 years, and having visited several different branches for a variety of services over that period of time, this was one of the most satisfying. The primary reason? Melissa Salcedo. She's the branch representative who assisted me with opening a share certificate and money market account. “I've been with Wescom for 30 years. Been through a lot of changes in 30 years but wescom is always the same. Always nice friendly people that treat me with courtesy. I recently needed a new car and without even contacting wescom they sent me an absolutely unbeatable auto loan. Numerous loan officers at numerous dealerships were stunned at the amount & interest rate i got compared to my below average credit. I really don't think any of them believed me at first. “Let me preface by saying that I don't really write reviews. It's very rare that I do. However, after being greeted warmly and welcomed to this branch by Madison, I had to make a review. My husband and I made a deposit and Madison helped us with the transaction! She was very helpful when my husband and I would ask her questions regarding our account. Madison answered our questions with patience and kindness. This will be our go to branch now!”
“First time for me to go inside this branch. Dear Hubby does most of the errands, including banking, while I am working during the weekdays. We had gone out together on a Wednesday afternoon to run some other errands and stopped in to take care of a few items. I'd had an ATM card go missing; learned it was because they hadn't updated my address (even though they updated the overall addy on the account, and for DH, but not for me??), so the renewal card went into the ether or an old address. They were able to print a new one right in the branch. Yay! I also needed to sign to be joint owner of a newer account, and the customer service rep was able to take care of that, too. The branch office was pretty deserted at 3:00 on a Wednesday. It seemed they had a lot of employees working and not that many members to serve. They play upbeat music; kudos to whichever service they use for their selection. No sleepy elevator tunes, but not obnoxiously loud, either. The facilities are very clean - floors, desks, tables, chairs. That's a plus. Since they're close to the freeway (and bank robberies are evidently a SoCal thing), they have a security door lock system when going in and out. Not something I'm used to, but it makes sense in this crazy era in which we live. The rep who worked with us was efficient, but not overly friendly. When we thanked them for handling our requests, there wasn't a response. Normally you'd expect some kind of an acknowledgement, i.e., "Thank you for being members", or something of the like. Oh well, just a reminder to me when I'm speaking with a client to let them know that my company appreciates their business! Always lessons to be learned when out & about in the world TCB.”

I was so so surprised with the way they did their research and followed up. When I spoke to the branch manager he was genuinely kind and looked through my account to write the necessary notes. “I came into this smaller bank in hopes of finding $2 bills to give out for the Lunar new year. The teller named Justin was very helpful, polite and was easy going although I didn't even bank with them. Great service all around. Their members must get treated well.”
