My husband and I made a deposit and Madison helped us with the transaction! She was very helpful when my husband and I would ask her questions regarding our account. “I refinanced my auto loan with this company and have been so grateful ever since. My interest and monthly payment was significantly reduced. They are very flexible with late payments as they allow about a 10-15 day grace period and offer the ability to skip a payment one month and move it to the end of your principle loan with only a small fee. I recently have not been working as I will be starting a new job and the staff was kind and considerate as they have waived fees as a courtesy and accepted late applications. They really seem to strive to put you in the best financial position rather than take your money. Thank you MCCU staff!!!”
